As a PMO team member, and in order to apply/maintain organizational strategic objectives
along with project management plan, considering the proper project process, phases, my
responsibility started with the project initiation phase passing through planning/controlling
phase ending with the execution phase, thus my role is and not limited to the following:
 Leading all project commercial aspects, in terms of contractual issues, claims, variation
orders, invoicing, billing, payments collections, in addition to subcontractor’s
negotiations, subcontracts initiations/finalization, invoices/payment.
 Proactively monitor, track and close follow-up site issues commercial, technical and

contractual delivery dates, budget also to control and/or minimize any deviation that

 Partner with Logistics department to acquire the required shipping documents for the
supplied items assuring that all submitted documents are according to project shipping
