2. Duties & Responsibilities:
1) Understands project specific accepted terms and conditions and their application to project contracts,
including awareness of risks of negative impact on margin, performance and risk factors.
2) Review contract drawings, detail drawings and specifications.
3) Prepares Primavera P6/ MS Project schedules, using P6 tool/ MS Project to extract progress information.
4) Coordination of the time schedule with the project team and the various sub-contractors involved in a
project, to ensuring that the interfaces between various organizations are identified and scheduled.
5) Follow up / Monitor site work to make sure the site progress as per the project schedule.
6) Tracking and coordinate the progress of the project on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the project is on-
track.
7) Ensuring that the project is completed safely, in time, within budget and according to specifications.
8) Create and approved the cash flow from the owner according to Project planning.
9) Responsible for Reviewing and approved shop drawings, materials submittals, catalogues and samples
from Owner / Consultant.

3) Prepare nesting sheets by using different programs for CNC Punching Machines as follow :

(b) Jetcam for Finn-Power E5 and Finn-Power C5 Sheet Metal Machine.

4) Review the programming of nesting sheets to be sure that it investigating the maximum productivity and
minimum scraps.
5) Prepare sheet metal dimension list for Cut to Length Machine after programming CNC Machines.
6) Make sure that shearing and bending machines working according to technical drawings.
7) Make sure that all materials and tools are organized during manufacturing to shorten changeover time.
8) Create and improve working instructions of new product and current mass production process.
9) Work smoothly with Assembly Department, Quality to ensure projects are handled efficiently.
