 Management of the Project Controls function including participating in hiring (within guidelines),
Orchestration of the PC staff to meet the needs of the Project Manager with a customer service oriented
approach.
 Project forecasting, reporting SPI & CPI,
 Presenting the schedule performance and needs to concerns within the organization, client and the
influential stake holders of the project (as and when required).

 Lead and/or participate in the identification of risks and eliminate or implement mitigation measures.
