• Manual system
• The meter reader visits client residences, get the
readings, calculate the bill manually and hands over
the bill to the client
• Meter reader reports necessary things to the
electricity board by visiting
• If the client needs to know the bill in any random
time, he/she must visit the electricity board office
with the account number
