Castigarea increderii, setarea de obiective de progres, monitorizarea progresului, interactiunea eficienta cu o ascultare de calitate si intrebari de impact, cu transfer de experienta si de know-how organizational sau personal eficient.
Am antrenat mentori si coach care intrasera in program cu scepticism, retinere in privinta efortului si timpului personal si a capacitatii lor de a contribui in acest fel.
