Responsibilities:
• Engage in direct & telephonic contact with clients for the purpose of selling annual
print and online subscriptions to Engineering News, Mining Weekly and Research
Channel Africa
• Work Constructively to convert mailshot and other leads into paid subscriptions.
• Work constructively through the subscription renewal list to ensure the renewal of
existing subscriptions.
• Email subscription forms, quotations, invoice to prospective clients and ensure that
regular follow up phone calls are made and sales are closed.
• Assist in checking, posting and packing of bulk subscriptions upon arrival on
Wednesdays.
• Hand weekly Sales to the Assistant Manager Monday Mornings
• Ensure that all orders are captured correctly.
• Assist in the folding and posting of renewal letters as well as pack and post advertiser
copies every Friday.
• Providing Management with call reports and market feedback as well as attending
weekly sales meetings.
• Attend selected conferences and exhibitions to assist with the promotion of
subscriptions to all Creamer Media products.
