    Every KPI has:
    ▪ Class – discrete, continuous, interval
    ▪ Type – financial, volume, rate, %
    ▪ Polarity – direction of goodness
    ▪ Time Frame – period of measure
    ▪ Owner – person responsible
    Might Have:
