This document discusses various cases of couples seeking treatment for infertility issues. It describes several male patients who were treated with acupuncture to improve sperm quality and count. In some cases, the men were able to successfully father children naturally after treatment. It emphasizes the importance of treating both partners and addressing lifestyle factors for optimal fertility results.
This document discusses the importance of traditional healing methods and understanding the root causes of illness, particularly the role of latent cold in the body. It notes that indigenous cultures traditionally had embedded cultural knowledge about nutrition, plants, and spiritual practices to support healing. Now, modern practices are missing this holistic understanding. The document then provides several case studies where applying traditional eastern medicine techniques like navel cupping and moxa were able to resolve chronic conditions like Lyme disease, peripheral neuropathy, and ulcerative colitis by removing latent cold from the body and supporting digestive yang. It stresses the importance of lifestyle factors like diet, exercise and avoiding cold in healing.
This document describes Laminine Omega+++, a supplement created by LifePharm to support circulatory health. It contains a proprietary blend of ingredients including omega fatty acids 3, 6, and 9, CoQ10, vitamin K2, and fertilized avian egg extract. These ingredients are said to target the circulatory system, clear pathways in the body, and allow for more efficient nutrient transport. The document provides details on the purported benefits of each ingredient and how they differ from other similar products on the market.
Coronary artery disease is caused by a buildup of fatty deposits in the arteries that supply the heart. Partial blockages can cause angina pain, while complete blockages result in a myocardial infarction. Major risk factors include age, male sex, family history, hypertension, smoking, diabetes, obesity, and physical inactivity. Diagnosis involves tests like ECG, cardiac enzymes, and imaging to determine the extent of blockages. Treatment focuses on pain relief, lifestyle changes, medications, and procedures like angioplasty or bypass surgery to restore blood flow.

The document summarizes a study that evaluated the combined use of computed tomography (CT) coronary artery calcium scoring and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (CRP) testing to predict cardiovascular events in a cohort of 967 non-diabetic adults over 6.4 years. The study found that higher calcium scores and CRP levels were both associated with increased risk of myocardial infarction, coronary death, and other cardiovascular events. Participants with high calcium scores and high CRP had the highest risks, with relative risks up to 6.1 for heart attack/death and up to 7.5 for any cardiovascular event. The results suggest that calcium scoring and CRP testing provide complementary predictive power and assess different disease mechanisms.
The document discusses the four pillars of good health: exercise, attitude, rest, and nutrition. It covers topics like metabolic processes in the body, free radicals, antioxidants, various diseases and their causes, supplements, heart disease, diabetes, and the importance of a healthy lifestyle and diet for overall wellness and disease prevention.
This document summarizes key vitamins including their names, sources, functions, and deficiency diseases. It discusses both fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K and water-soluble vitamins including vitamin C, the B-complex vitamins (thiamine/B1, riboflavin/B2, niacin/B3, B6, folate, B12), and their roles in biochemical processes and coenzyme functions. The vitamins are essential micronutrients that must be obtained through the diet, as the body cannot synthesize them, and deficiencies can lead to diseases like scurvy, rickets, osteomalacia, and various neurological disorders.
The document summarizes the work of the Linus Pauling Institute at Oregon State University over the past 13 years. It discusses the Institute's focus on determining the roles of micronutrients, antioxidants, and other dietary factors in promoting optimal health and preventing disease. Key areas of research include cancer prevention, cardiovascular health, aging, and the protective effects of certain foods/compounds against oxidative stress and inflammation. The Institute has grown from half a researcher in 1996 to 12 full researchers and 4 research assistants currently. The work described emphasizes the important influence of diet and lifestyle on gene expression and chronic disease risk, beyond just genetic factors.

The meta-analysis examined the risk of cardiovascular events in 11,921 patients taking calcium supplements. It found that calcium supplementation was associated with a 27% increased risk of myocardial infarction but no significant differences in other cardiovascular outcomes like stroke. The results contradict observational studies and raise safety concerns about widespread calcium supplement use, particularly in elderly patients with conditions like osteoporosis or renal failure. The authors conclude guidelines for osteoporosis treatment may need reassessment.
The EVOLVE trial studied the effect of cinacalcet on cardiovascular disease in patients undergoing dialysis. The randomized controlled trial compared cinacalcet to placebo in 3,883 adults on dialysis to evaluate the primary composite endpoint of time to death or first nonfatal cardiovascular event. Secondary endpoints included time to individual components of the primary endpoint like myocardial infarction or fracture, as well as death from cardiovascular causes. The trial was designed to test the hypothesis that cinacalcet treatment might reduce mortality and cardiovascular risks by decreasing levels of phosphorus, PTH, and calcium phosphorus product known to be associated with higher mortality in dialysis patients.
1. The document discusses the side effects of calcium supplements, including how calcium is absorbed in the body through both active and passive mechanisms that can be affected by various factors.
2. Potential side effects include hypercalcemia, kidney stone formation, constipation, and studies have found increased risk of myocardial infarction with calcium supplement use.
3. The document reviews several studies on the relationships between calcium intake, cardiovascular risks, and coronary artery calcification, finding no clear evidence that calcium supplements significantly increase heart risks.

The document discusses the clinical impact of histidine ketoglutarate tryptophan (HTK) cardioplegia solution on patients undergoing open heart surgery. It provides a brief history of cardioplegia development, describing early solutions using potassium and hypothermia for cardiac arrest. Modern solutions like HTK and Bretschneider solutions induce nondepolarized cardiac arrest through calcium influx inhibition and metabolic substrate provision. Hypothermia further reduces oxygen demand and improves protection when combined with cardioplegia solutions.
Calcium is the soft grey alkaline earth metal, chemically reactive in nature. It strengthens bones and teeth making the skeletal structure of the body strong. Whereas calcium deficiency can lead to kidney stones, heart attack, calcification of soft tissues, etc.
Coronary Calcium and other CVD Risk Biomarkers: From Epidemiology to Comparat...CTSI at UCSF
The document outlines the 6 steps of evaluating a novel biomarker for cardiovascular risk from early studies establishing a correlation between the biomarker and disease, to prospective validation in cohort studies, determining incremental predictive value over existing measures, evaluating if the marker changes risk enough to alter treatment, clinical outcomes trials, and finally cost-effectiveness analysis. It specifically discusses the evaluation of coronary artery calcium scoring, which is currently in the planning stages for a large clinical outcomes trial over 6-8 years to complete all 6 steps from initial studies to determining if measuring it improves health outcomes.

Hypertension remains difficult to treat effectively despite available drugs. Aggressive treatment of moderate and mild hypertension through combinations of drugs from different classes leads to better outcomes. Combination therapy is recommended to control blood pressure as it is more effective than monotherapy due to targeting multiple mechanisms. Fixed-dose combinations have advantages over individual drugs such as better blood pressure control, fewer side effects, and increased compliance.

Nourishing Mothers
Being courageous with caution,
resolving high risk pregnancy escalation
Women are increasingly classified as ‘high risk’ in pregnancy.
Advanced maternal age is not the only ‘cause’, as women of all ages have gastric banding and sleeving; and emotional residue of a life lived with inappropriate nutrition, inadequate sun exposure and insufficient regenerative rest as co factors.
In addition to apparent placental insufficiency and clotting factors, multiple pregnancies from assisted reproductive technologies, added to prior health problems including Stuck Blood manifestations, all leave a trail of fetal testing and scanning, medical watchful waiting and parental worry.
Past the usual expected pregnancy nausea lasting the first trimester – some women may be confronted with a grueling inability to nourish themselves, their pregnancy and their baby.
Supporting the middle heater prior to pregnancy will make all the difference. Beyond prevention, we can avert potential crises of fetal foundation failure, should a woman arrive initially with debilitating problems.
Various non-needling techniques can be employed in pregnancy with safety and great efficacy to rescue an otherwise doubtful full term pregnancy and healthy baby.
Bleeding superficial veins, cupping residual cold from the belly (remove what is stopping normal Yang Qi expression), Gua Sha techniques, sacral cupping, and deep pelvic needling plus enlisting dad’s help at home using moxa to support maternal Yang Qi, we can radically improve the Stuck Qi and Blood that may have preceded pregnancy that is now creating massive pregnancy dramas.
Extensive case histories with photographic slides of veins bled and tongues will be give, plus all working on each other.

The document discusses the postpartum period known as the puerperium. It lasts approximately six weeks after delivery and is divided into three phases - immediate (first 24 hours), early (days 2-7) and late (weeks 2-6). During this time, the body returns to its pre-pregnant state as the uterus involutes, hormones adjust and breastfeeding is established if desired. Complications that can arise include postpartum hemorrhage, infection, thrombosis and depression. Monitoring of mother and baby is important to ensure a healthy recovery and positive bonding experience.

Lenore Gaudin discusses reproductive justice and the importance of nutrition during pregnancy. She summarizes a 1941 study that found improved birth outcomes, including lower rates of preterm birth and infant mortality, when expectant mothers received a superior nutritional diet. Gaudin argues that greater focus on prenatal nutrition education and minimizing medical interventions during birth could help address issues like high preterm birth rates and violence in society by supporting mother-infant bonding. Her goal is to promote understanding of human reproduction and treatment of expectant parents as a reproductive justice issue.

This presentation was created in collaboration with Dr. Thomas Kuzma. He was approach by Dr. Joseph Mahoney MD to talk with the pediatricians in the area about chiropractic and pediatrics. The goal of the presentation was to inform the pediatricians of the benefits of chiropractic care for their patients and to bridge the gap in feelings of chiropractic in general developing relationships that led to referral of patients to one another.
The document is a newsletter from Bancroft Chiropractics announcing the birth of receptionist Lisa Parks' baby, an article on how pregnancy affects the body biomechanically, and information about upcoming events including a free seminar on postpartum back pain. It discusses how the added weight of pregnancy can stress the back and joints, and how chiropractic care can help alleviate pain through gentle adjustments.
Counselling the infertile couple - a primer for the gynecologistDr Aniruddha Malpani
This document contains responses from Dr. Aniruddha Malpani to common questions about fertility and infertility. It addresses topics like determining fertile periods, scheduling sex for pregnancy, and addresses misconceptions about positions, frequency of sex, and other lifestyle factors. The doctor emphasizes that stress alone does not cause infertility and encourages patients to seek medical evaluations and treatments instead of relying only on faith or lifestyle changes.
Saving late miscarriages/preventing super premature babies + body pains (esp back and PGP) as a warning
Maternal Kidney Qi supplies the developing baby with its life force.
About 10% of babies are born before their due date - more likely if a multiple pregnancy, with the added drain on mum’s reserves.
A common pregnancy health problem is body pain. Researchers have found that back pain in pregnancy affects at least half of all pregnant women.
The Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Women’s Health state in their online publication that lumbar pelvic pain is common in pregnancy with a prevalence ranging from 50-70%, with 14-22% of all pregnant women having serious PGP (pelvic girdle pain), 5 – 8% having severe pain and disability’.
In Asian medicine, back pain is seen as a symptom of Kidney complex deficiency (thus inherent constitutional weakness). Often a premature labour has as its prewarnings some Kidney Qi deficiency symptoms.
Protecting and nourishing new life can only be as good as mum’s Qi, Blood and Jing. Enhancing mum’s Kidney Qi, through supporting normal Yang Qi function powering her digestive process would easily alter both mum and baby’s future lives.
Using principles of Yang Sheng we can safely, highly effectively and instantly retrieve almost all high-risk pregnancies.
It would follow that improving maternal Kidney Qi would grant better baby outcomes - enhanced growth and constitution through its own enriched beginning.
With premature babies absorbing ever more of the health dollar; possibly living out their lives in a compromised body, we as a profession could possibly be affirming wellness, instead of ‘helping’ nature in medically forced conceptions.

Hokitika Gorge in New Zealand experienced severe flooding in May 2016, with over 1 meter of rain falling in less than a month. Photos show the gorge and surrounding areas flooded, with the normally turquoise river running an angry brown from suspended rock particles. Views from platforms and bridges also depict the swollen, rushing river and submerged landscapes below.
The document describes a self-care event held at Atarau in May 2016. Participants brought crystals, photos, and gathered with friends to share in an altar experience, despite brief sunny periods. The event focused on harmony, relaxation, and opening flowers during one of the sunny openings.
This document describes scenes from the Snowy Alps region of New Zealand over two periods in May 2016. It notes the snowline as night falls, a full moon over the Waimak Bridge, and a week later traveling up the Grey River where the river is full and the first signs of snow are seen behind trees. Locations mentioned include a house on a small rise, water falling in a forest, the wall of Arthur's Pass café, and behind Castle Rock.
The document is a brief poetic reflection capturing images from a drive at dawn between two homes in New Zealand. It describes scenes of the moon setting over the Paparoa Range as the sun rises on the other side of the car, with snow on the Southern Alps visible and mist over the Grey River. Clouds begin to show the coming dawn as the moon disappears and "the day cometh."
This document describes a journey of self-discovery and health improvement through detoxification. The author unintentionally lost 7 kg in 7 weeks by ignoring diets and excess exercise, and instead focusing on removing toxins from their body. This allowed their metabolism and thyroid to function properly again. Key steps included using an ionizing foot spa to release stored toxins from fat cells, and getting off most thyroid medication after decades of use. The process improved the author's energy, waistline, and overall sense of well-being.
This document discusses freeing stuck liver qi in women through orgasms. It explains that women's liver blood needs to be nourished to support her menstrual cycle and reproductive functions. When liver qi becomes stuck, it can accumulate in the liver meridian pathways including the external and internal genitalia. The document suggests that a lack of orgasms can cause liver qi to become stuck. It proposes considering factors beyond herbs and acupuncture points to address women's health issues and provides alternative perspectives on the causes of disease from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Tibetan Medicine.
Heather Bruce discusses polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis. She explains that both conditions involve hormonal imbalances and disrupted blood and qi flow that can be caused by a variety of lifestyle and environmental factors. For treatment, she recommends addressing the root causes through diet, lifestyle changes, and traditional Chinese medicine approaches like acupuncture rather than solely relying on Western medical interventions like surgery or hormonal birth control.
This document discusses postpartum psychosis, including its symptoms, potential causes, risk factors, treatment approaches, and prevention strategies. It notes that postpartum psychosis is a severe mental illness that occurs in the first few weeks after childbirth and affects about 1-2 in every 1,000 births. Risk factors include a lack of social support for new mothers, a traumatic birth experience, preexisting mental health conditions, nutritional deficiencies, and a family history of postpartum psychosis or other mental illnesses. Standard medical treatments focus on medication and separating mother and baby, but herbal medicine approaches emphasize supporting the new mother holistically with improved nutrition, rest, and social support.
This document discusses precocious puberty, which is defined as the appearance of secondary sex characteristics before age 8 in girls and age 9 in boys. It notes that the incidence is estimated to be between 1 in 5,000 to 10,000 children, with the female to male ratio being around 10:1. Girls adopted from developing countries are at higher risk. Modern factors that may contribute include increased obesity, consumption of sugary drinks, environmental toxins, lack of nutrients like iodine, and lack of rest. Iodine deficiency in particular can lead to issues with hormonal expression and pubertal development.
This document discusses various topics related to pregnancy, childbirth, and traditional Chinese medicine. It provides information on Dr. Shen's four pivotal times in a woman's life, maintaining healthy qi and yin/yang balance during pregnancy, massage techniques to prepare for birth, acupuncture points to induce labor and relieve pain, and the importance of proper fetal positioning for an easy delivery. The document emphasizes preparing the mother's body and ensuring the baby is in the optimal occiput anterior position for labor and birth.
This document provides an overview of key concepts in Chinese medicine, including definitions of terms like blood, shen, qi, and jing. It discusses the duality of yin and yang and how they relate to various bodily functions. Specific topics covered include the 7-year cycles that govern women's lives, healthy liver qi flow, excess heat in the body, dampness, and the five expected energy changes during a normal pregnancy in Chinese medicine terms. The document aims to explain pregnancy and women's health from an energetic perspective.
Stuck Liver Qi/Blood and Magnesium deficiency correlationHeather Bruce
The document discusses stuck liver qi and modern lifestyle issues, suggesting a simple solution of increasing magnesium intake. It covers how liver qi affects various bodily functions and explains concepts from traditional Chinese medicine like the three treasures and three heater model. Throughout, it emphasizes the importance of traditional diets and lifestyles that ensured adequate nutrient intake and detoxification.
A presentation to the Eighth International Congress on Traditional Asian Medicine (ICTAM)
September 9-13, 2013 Sancheong, Gyeongsangnamdo, South, Korea
1) The document describes the story of Simone, a baby born with acute leukemia who was given a terminal prognosis and not expected to live more than a couple weeks.
2) Against medical advice, her father decided to try alternative treatments including reiki and acupuncture in addition to prednisone and blood transfusions.
3) After 8 weeks of intensive alternative treatment, Simone's condition improved and she went into remission, surprising the medical authorities who had little hope for her survival.
This document discusses back pain during pregnancy and natural remedies to help alleviate it. It recommends using moxa (sacral fan), magnesium supplementation, and massage to improve circulation and relieve back pain. Moxa is said to penetrate deep tissue and promote blood and qi flow to relieve pain. Sitting in a forward-leaning position while using moxa is suggested to open the pelvis by 28% for easier labor. Case studies show back pain relief after applying these techniques.
The document discusses various spiritual and philosophical concepts relating to the human experience. It suggests that humans are fundamentally beings of light experiencing life through their physical bodies and five senses. While in physical form, people can forget their true spiritual nature and become attached to worldly identities and desires. The document also references concepts from Tibetan Buddhism like the chakras, meridians, auras, and the three poisons of desire, obscuration, and hatred as sources of illness and suffering stemming from ignorance of our true nature. Overall, the key message is that humans are ultimately souls or beings of light temporarily experiencing physical existence.

8 Surprising Reasons To Meditate 40 Minutes A Day That Can Change Your Life.pptxHolistified Wellness
We’re talking about Vedic Meditation, a form of meditation that has been around for at least 5,000 years. Back then, the people who lived in the Indus Valley, now known as India and Pakistan, practised meditation as a fundamental part of daily life. This knowledge that has given us yoga and Ayurveda, was known as Veda, hence the name Vedic. And though there are some written records, the practice has been passed down verbally from generation to generation.

Overall life span (LS) was 1671.7±1721.6 days and cumulative 5YS reached 62.4%, 10 years – 50.4%, 20 years – 44.6%. 94 LCP lived more than 5 years without cancer (LS=2958.6±1723.6 days), 22 – more than 10 years (LS=5571±1841.8 days). 67 LCP died because of LC (LS=471.9±344 days). AT significantly improved 5YS (68% vs. 53.7%) (P=0.028 by log-rank test). Cox modeling displayed that 5YS of LCP significantly depended on: N0-N12, T3-4, blood cell circuit, cell ratio factors (ratio between cancer cells-CC and blood cells subpopulations), LC cell dynamics, recalcification time, heparin tolerance, prothrombin index, protein, AT, procedure type (P=0.000-0.031). Neural networks, genetic algorithm selection and bootstrap simulation revealed relationships between 5YS and N0-12 (rank=1), thrombocytes/CC (rank=2), segmented neutrophils/CC (3), eosinophils/CC (4), erythrocytes/CC (5), healthy cells/CC (6), lymphocytes/CC (7), stick neutrophils/CC (8), leucocytes/CC (9), monocytes/CC (10). Correct prediction of 5YS was 100% by neural networks computing (error=0.000; area under ROC curve=1.0).

Muktapishti is a traditional Ayurvedic preparation made from Shoditha Mukta (Purified Pearl), is believed to help regulate thyroid function and reduce symptoms of hyperthyroidism due to its cooling and balancing properties. Clinical evidence on its efficacy remains limited, necessitating further research to validate its therapeutic benefits.
One health condition that is becoming more common day by day is diabetes.
According to research conducted by the National Family Health Survey of India, diabetic cases show a projection which might increase to 10.4% by 2030.
Cell Therapy Expansion and Challenges in Autoimmune DiseaseHealth Advances
There is increasing confidence that cell therapies will soon play a role in the treatment of autoimmune disorders, but the extent of this impact remains to be seen. Early readouts on autologous CAR-Ts in lupus are encouraging, but manufacturing and cost limitations are likely to restrict access to highly refractory patients. Allogeneic CAR-Ts have the potential to broaden access to earlier lines of treatment due to their inherent cost benefits, however they will need to demonstrate comparable or improved efficacy to established modalities.
In addition to infrastructure and capacity constraints, CAR-Ts face a very different risk-benefit dynamic in autoimmune compared to oncology, highlighting the need for tolerable therapies with low adverse event risk. CAR-NK and Treg-based therapies are also being developed in certain autoimmune disorders and may demonstrate favorable safety profiles. Several novel non-cell therapies such as bispecific antibodies, nanobodies, and RNAi drugs, may also offer future alternative competitive solutions with variable value propositions.
Widespread adoption of cell therapies will not only require strong efficacy and safety data, but also adapted pricing and access strategies. At oncology-based price points, CAR-Ts are unlikely to achieve broad market access in autoimmune disorders, with eligible patient populations that are potentially orders of magnitude greater than the number of currently addressable cancer patients. Developers have made strides towards reducing cell therapy COGS while improving manufacturing efficiency, but payors will inevitably restrict access until more sustainable pricing is achieved.
Despite these headwinds, industry leaders and investors remain confident that cell therapies are poised to address significant unmet need in patients suffering from autoimmune disorders. However, the extent of this impact on the treatment landscape remains to be seen, as the industry rapidly approaches an inflection point.

Bne 1986, Shane, 24 TTGP 7 years – only pus and dead
bits of sperm after a massive testicular infection 8 years
before.
Within two weeks she was pregnant – both of them 3
sessions/week. (I was only out of my own maternity leave for
this time)
Massive 8 extras clearance, with lymphatic drainage, moxa
on needles and Western herbs, dietary advice and

Pre ICSI
Bne 1987. Bryan, Fireman. 30 only 1 million sperm –
down from 5 million which made his 6 year old.
Donor sperm had not worked in IVF latest round (had
to be at least 30% looking normal – but he had not
enough to use even).
Had been to another acupuncturist – seemed to be just
building Ki points – so I used my usual moving
blockages approach – one session initially weekly till
his health was improved, then fortnightly – within 4
months - sperm had improved enough for him to
continue baby making naturally at home. .

Moved up from Sydney, where they would not accept his
sperm as too damaged (when 30% was pass mark).
A year working with him only – then they went back to
Sydney, different IVF clinic – no questions asked as he was
easily well over the expected levels, and she was then easily
pregnant on IVF.

She (45) has significant PCOS issues and is well now – as opposed to all
other natural therapists focusing on fertility for both.

Questions to start
Do you see ‘qualified’ patients?
Qi – flow through all meridians as designed?
Blood – is it blocked - small veins?
Heart – are they open to change?
Sexuality – is it easy and fun?
Relating – are they ‘on same page’?
(Or are your seeing one of the not-parents only?

An elder, noticing changes
In my time in clinic I have seen increasingly in patients:
1) – Disempowerment and inability to think independently
2) - A loss of common sense across all human life (“What does
‘research’ show?”)
3) – A stunning lack of relationship cause to effect
4) – ‘What is in it for me?” Take hold
5) - Instant gratification being the sole driver – no thought or
care for what follows – esp in reproduction

Why are we here?
Depends on your culture as to what story pops up
Biologically – to reproduce – the bottom circle.
Karmically/spiritually - to experience
‘Our’ culture – depends on what religious creed as to
what you think.
All have tribes of inclusion/exclusion.
All run by commonality of beliefs. .

Further questions . .
What brought YOU into this style of healing
What are you comfortable with?
What part of the person are you working as?
What part are they engaged with you/here as?
Where do you work from?
What is the point of consciousness that allows the most
change in a session – or in life?

Ability to adapt to change

In East Asian medicine
In the West, a loss of perspective – health?
Disease management is sooo much more profitable though . .
As Dr John Shen always said – always follow life.
Instead – those with a perceived science and past medical status
being validated as though that gives them advantage.
Journals with medically trained specialists - physios and their

is the pure energy work, and heart, and soul being taken as the

Examples of what I mean
Dr Hammer in his pulse work – leaves out what underpins all the

breaks a human – in all stages)
No mention of the Bao Mai connection and how we are all
creatures with heart and soul in pregnancy texts geared for

1. Texts missing normal, especially foundation of life
2. How to make a great baby and what is needed of mum prior to

250 million start out . .

Rest and regeneration away from all electrical and

Sleep - at least 7 hours preferably more and before10 pm

Sunlight – vital for health – and Vit D levels to be topped
up with supplements initially to be at the top range of

existence. (aim for at lest 100nm/l)
Physical exercise - at least an hour daily – with at least
half of this as cardio to ensure all circulation is able to
move and the oxygenation so very important for life is
happening – outside in fresh air.
Standing and moving all day – not sitting – if a
‘desk’/computer job – standing desk – not bunching up

scrotal area needs to be cool and well ventilated.
