General navel cupping
pregnancy considerations
 Regardless of the stage of pregnancy . .
 Body placement (her off to the left side, propped up a little with towels to get
her off centre) and hernias aside - A home remedy from the old people in
many lands – the navel cupping from China – prior ‘The 4 Old’s’ expulsion –
all knew about . .
 This may still work with very little suction
 Must be lying down, and kept warm.
 She may get very cold as part of this process, and the tongue will instantly
change and continually do so throughout eh hour or so this is happening.
 No needles or other interventions during the cup and moxaing.

Lymphatic drainage
 Gets the Qi flowing, undoes the diagrammatic congestion.

 Esp when fluid building up lower or upper.
 BUT – low Iodine – so very likely when all the halides are
added for various effects – Fluoride alone in the water - esp

 I have a hot bed of illness and maternity and the Jing

More than just veins -
 Roselea – very unwell – got pregnant before intended to.
 (At 42 was told 10 years before on account of PCOS and
endo she would only ever conceive with IVF)
 History of ill health dating back to MMR injection at 16
From then – from prefect health to progression -
colds/flus/glandular fever/ CFS/ IBS/ulcerative colitis/never
well.
 Weekly sessions to keep her gut functioning.

What else had she done?
 She had thought baby had died as no movements and she
was on so many medications (including morphine!!)
 She read online that ice on belly would get baby moving
 Irrespective of the amount of navel cupping and moxa she
had needed till then)
 Now miscarrying at 16 weeks. Cupped navel & moxa
 Took BBT when she was not ill – 35.9C
 Spent the rest of pregnancy on thyroid enhancement and
still only ever managed 36.7 (not 37.2/3C)

Prior vascular damage
 Leg was damaged when a desk fell on it years before – had thought
she would get laser done on it as so disfiguring
 Came in a week later with horrendous heart ache and depression, as
husband in the mines. Not coping with pregnancy – or ‘undiagnosed’
hypothyriod
 Not eating well, gut in turmoil, on sugar, red acne and bloodshot eyes.
Untold AB and still infections galore – eating +++ sugar.
 Ears bursting with infections at 16 weeks.
 Can it get any worse? Bled ALL her spider veins
 Clear eyes no redness anywhere and the spider veins mostly gone –
all at once!!! Tongue and complexion and Shen transformed

 V.U.E. and assorted others – al dealt with same way.
 In addition, these are IVF disasters awaiting to happen.
 All strange consequences of not clearing the Stuck Blood
out prior to pregnancy and not getting her in perfect health -
hence normal periods.
Qi and Blood production and circulation perfect = period
perfect and pregnancy likely to be uneventful.

A whole community
 Initially - All eating sugar in all forms all meals.
 Only drinking raw milk or apple juice – no water in evidence
 Mostly grains (bake all own bread) minimal veggies and at least 2
litres raw milk daily
 All with surprisingly awful gut dysfunction/ bacteria, candida/’foot
rot’ , vaginal and systemic infections
 Most women with H-G or at the very least diabolical pregnancy
nausea.
 All with low thyroid function - iodine topically, race minerals plus
mega Vit D is correcting) and fat in all meals – no sugar. off all
fruits/cereals are restricted now.

Veins/clotting disorders
 Hard to break up into orthodox medical catastrophes as all
these women have multiple health /life issues and they are
not being addressed.
 Great to see TCM model working so obviously – great text
book cases of Sp and Ki Yang Qi collapse . .
 With Damp and Heat, and gut in total disarray and the Jing
depletion that is sent through generations – bedwetting (as
teenagers still) head hair and teeth atrocious and general
immunity not good.
 Life and pregnancy mishaps – and awful veins – in and after
pregnancy

 Epigenetics
 Modern First World peoples are very silly not following what
always did work for their ancestors.
 Grand Experiments are way too costly.
 Great info to bring back to modern ‘ordinary’ clinics, esp
 where women are believing ‘danger’ in pregnancy /birthing

 V – 12 pregnancies - 5 children born.
 2 stillborn, 5 miscarriages – 7,7,8,10,14 weeks
 One died at 30 weeks – Parvo virus
 One died of a cord accident
 3 had wasted placentas
 Last child born alive had a grey, tired looking placenta
but 7lb baby and better - due to supplements – started
fish oil at 26 weeks

Earlier life
 From antibiotics continually for bone infection as a teenager
– her uterus felt on fire whenever she bleed.
 Took one AB for a year and totally messed with her bowels
and gut.
 Started with Staph in foot, to blood poisoning then bones
and then osteomylitis.
 Stopped all sugar after 4th baby – uterus then not on fire with
bleeding.
 Most of her babies have needed resuscitation

 As taking when I saw her
 B complex, magnesium, Iodine, Zinc, Omega 3, Vit E
 Since then babies bigger and healthier – although 2nd to last
one was stillborn due to a cord catastrophe . .
 I added masses of Vit D and fat in her diet, digestive
support, Chinese herbs (Blood tonics) and treatments
 Banned all sugar and sugar transforming foods – that is all
the grains/cereals they were living on).

the segments of the uterus – only usually happens in
Africa in totally malnourished women.
 History of anorexia - is sister to S of the legs.
 Here is another one – all sisters the same mold – and
all bad gut/prolapsing issues – all perfectionists; all
overwork.

After really ill . . .
 Leg veins bulging (and very painful) only relief if legs
are up.
 One was scratched and gushed blood – she thinks half
a litres –for about 15 minutes - could not be stopped -
and from there – now super exhausted.
 Varicose veins and cellulitis.
 Given loads of Vit D, E, C and magnesium orally and
topically (on body), plus Chinese herbs

Non-intervention
at the right time
 Shannon – got pregnant naturally seeing acup fertility
specialist who helped pregnancy in the time off cycles
 BUT – no correction of her excruciating back aches, PGP
and terrible headaches in all pregnancy sessions
 At C section, was 3 hours long as they could not extract
baby from the mess of adhesions and the endo.
 Then she nearly died as the bladder was nicked and she
blew up with 3 litres of urine in abdomen and no one noticed
– even though she could only sleep sitting up, and could
hardly breathe.

What could have been done?
 Nutritional – Vit D, Iodine, magnesium, and heaps of B+ Vit
B and C, plus blood moving herbs even in pregnancy.
(Courageous with caution)
 All measures in next presentation – as body heals itself
when given the opportunity.
 She arrived with the backache – instantly fixed – and to get
ready for further IVF – no one suggested she heal the inner
mess first and as a consequence, also got pregnant
naturally immediately and then stopped seeing me as she
did not want to take the supplements/use moxa as the
doctor did not recommend them

to hope it will all go away?
Without asking the right questions –
 WHY is it so?
We will fall into the medical trap of watchfully waiting.
 We can drastically alter the slow progression to the
logical conclusion by rescuing the Yang.
1. Remove the stored cold

3. Allow normal to reassert itself

 Sows the seeds of the future
 Without great Jing and the ability to make it (TH) all are in
trouble as mum is making her grandchildren as she grows
her own baby within.
 Dr Shen showed that early life created the person.
 That there are stages in life where we can improve or
weaken ourselves forever.
 And that the impact of life influences is greater the closer to
physical conception we are situated when they occur.

Can we do better?
Look after mum before and during pregnancy.
 At least 3 months normal periods in between pregnancies.
 Avoid all neurotoxins. (Drugs and heavy metals at least)
 Basics – sun light, rest and clean water
 Gut repair/enzymes as needed.
 Dietary advice – esp chemical exclusions, removal and the need
for rotation and moderation I choosing foods.
 Minerals, esp Magnesium & Iodine supplementation, fat to absorb
the and Vit D essential for gene expression
 Support and a safe haven where they can just be mum..
