This document outlines the requirements and goals for a personal project, including three mandatory process journal entries: 1) Stating a personal goal for the project and explaining why it is important. 2) Identifying a relevant global context for the project and why it is applicable. 3) Describing relevant prior knowledge that will help in completing the project. Rating criteria are provided for evaluating the depth and clarity of the responses in each journal entry. Completing the entries is necessary to investigate and plan the personal project.
