(The adviser warmly welcomes the parents and legal guardians to the First PTC.)
How are you today po?
A pleasant morning to our dear parents and the legal guardians of the Grade 9 learners section _______________. I am __________________ their Class Adviser and at the same time their subject teacher in __________________.
Please allow me to present or reiterate to you, dear parents our DepEd Vision, Mission, and Core Values. Let us try to analyze and at the same time reflect on how we can help the school attain these educational goals.
(The teacher presents the vision and emphasizes the DepEd targets and elicits the parents’ ideas on how to realize those goals – mission and vision.)
The provision of quality education services is likewise anchored on these DepEd CORE values. As parents, how can you help us inculcate these to your children?
Today’s agenda is divided into 2 parts: Part I is mainly focused School Rules and Regulations, Important Dates for SY 2023-2024 and Other Concerns while Part II shall be devoted to the HRPTA Election. But due to limited time, we cannot discuss ALL the school policies today and we do encourage you to attend the succeeding PTA Meetings so that we can share with you the rest of the school regulations.
Again, our enormous gratitude for making it to this important school undertaking. But do you have any idea why are we gathered today, dear parents and guardians? This provision of DepEd Order No 22, s. 2023 clearly stipulates the reason for conducting the GA earlier. Can you share with us some of the essential points or take aways from that activity?
We strongly encourage that you make time for the scheduled PTC.
(The adviser distributes the copies of the “Kasunduan”.)
Dear parents, let us discuss each of the item stipulated in the Agreement and if everything is already made clear to you, you may sign the document to signify your understanding of your gigantic and vital role as our partner in providing quality education.
(The adviser clearly explains each item in slides 10-14.)
After signing the Agreement The parents may be allowed to take a screenshot of the Agreement after
