Lionsgate was chosen as the distributor for the zombie horror movie because they are well known for distributing mainstream horror films like Saw and have a dedicated website and large fan base for horror news and releases. Lionsgate distributes similar mainstream horror movies and would be well suited to market and distribute the zombie film to horror fans.

Lionsgate are very well known for their horror movies and have a website solely dedicated to the latest news on horror films they are releasing, with a very large fan base. They would be well suited to our movie and we would fit in with their previous products
