This document describes an intelligent traffic management system for accident detection and response. Load cell sensors connected to microcontrollers installed on street lights measure traffic density and report to a central authority. Retractable robots placed at road ends help block accidents zones. The system aims to reduce response times so victims receive faster medical help. It was designed on an Arduino platform and simulated in Java code to test functionality. Enhancements like RFID, shielding and fiber optics could improve the system.
