Job Description and Responsibilities as Sales & Area Manager
◇ Listening to customer requirements, maintaining and developing relationships with existing
customers
◇ Preparation of Accurate Quotations / Offers, Tenders etc. based on the Customer’s enquiries and
submit the Quotations back to them, well on time.
◇ Forecasting and developing Monthly, Quarterly & Annual sales targets for the given regions and
territories.
◇ Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business, responding to incoming
email and phone inquiries.

2. ◇ Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales, gathering market and customer
information. Negotiating on price, coasts, delivery and specifications with buyers and responsible
Technical / Procurement Managers.
