2. Company Profile N.G.B. Construction & Management is a private, yet fast growing investment group dedicated to the precision of quarrying operations and real estate ventures in Eastern Europe. Our operational expertise, in-depth market and industry knowledge, flexible and key distribution methods, consistent high standards and highly trained experts, as well as our ability to provide efficient and superior results has made us a trust-worthy name in the region for over 30 years. The Group has been based in Bucharest, Romania since 1995.

Services In 2010, N.G.B decided to expand its horizons, using its experience and knowledge (since 1995), as well as pooling its professional networks to offer the following services; Project Management (NGBPM) Investment Management (NGBIM) Architecture & Engineering (NGBAE) Marketing (NGBM) Our goal is to lead and develop the Next Generation Buildings of the region!

6. Project Management (NGBPM) NGBPM offers newly created or newly based (International) real estate companies the opportunity to consult with the group. NGB is able to serve as a project manager for Commercial, Industrial and Residential real estate projects. Aligning with the group helps firms avoid making grave errors which result in the lost of their project and eventually lost of their investment . Our in-depth knowledge of the system, market and industry, combine with our highly experience and trained team, pooled with our professional and financial networks assist in creating the best suited team with the goal of developing and delivering the project at hand in a timely fashion. Understanding the investors/partners needs and desires is an essential aspect of project management. TIME CONTROL COST CONTROL QUALITY CONTROL We provide investors/partners with constant reports (daily, weekly, monthly) based on the current situation of the project (positive or negative), forecasts, and internal and external environment impacts and finally provide various solution based courses if required

7. Investment Management (NGBIM) This field was recently formed to manage all the real estate investments of the group, including raising the required funds, creating and organizing possible joint ventures/partnerships, as well as managing the ongoing relations with investors or Partners. NGBIM offers investors/partners the opportunity to invest with NGB to; Allocate Assets Design Assets Develop Assets Manage Assets Investors/Partners will benefit from our in-depth knowledge of the market and industry, our ability to locate new opportunities, provide risk and profits assessments, design/plan and execute projects, provided constant and detailed reporting, and enthusiastically managing the asset with goal of generating profits based on time table schedules.

8. Architecture & Engineering N.G.B collaborates closely with a team of experienced architects and engineers and designers to provide the complete set of design services. Our goal is to design, develop, manage and deliver our clients projects based on the specifications and timeframe agreed upon.
