macular hole and only few case reports of this rare association exist (2)(3)(4)(5). In addition
surgical treatment of macular hole associated with Coats disease has only been described once by
Wong et al in 2012 (5). We are reporting a unique case, of macular hole in adult onset Coats disease
(6)(7), which was successfully managed with pars plana vitrectomy(PPV) and microscope integrated
Optical Coherence Tomography (MI OCT) assisted internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling to
ensure hole closure. Though Wong et al reported on closure of macular hole, they reported delayed
hole closure and poor results with conventional management. This case report highlights a better
approach to achieve early macular hole closure with better functional outcome in patients of Coats
disease.

A 37 year old man presented with insidious onset painless progressive diminution of vision in his
right eye of 05 months duration. There was no associated history of prior ocular disease, ocular
trauma or any systemic illness. His decimal best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 0.05 OD and

A crime against humanity is widespread or systematic attacks against a civilian population. Crimes
against humanity is a problem that has repeated itself through history and is still occurring in the
present world today. How countries, that are in a place of power, should or should not respond to
these crimes is a controversial issue that numerous people differ on opinion. Some argue that
nations should act according to their own national interest and do what is best for their country,
including not doing anything at all. Other s have a belief in which countries that are in a place to
intervene should do so. This could be with a forceful militaristic approach. Any crime against
humanity should not be tolerated in this view. Another opinion is that in crisis situations, a
collective effort by an international community, such as the United Nations, should be the people

international effort. Over the course of history many diverse actions have been taken in response to

Poverty is the main obstacles and problem of the people are facing particularly in the world. As
of 2013, there were about 2.47 billion people in the world living in poverty with an income of
USD 2 or less a day most of them from developing or under developing countries located in African
and Asian continent. The population living under povertyonly declined from 2.59 billion to 2.47
billion between 1981 and 2013 respectively. Hence the declines principally are seated mostly in
developed countries (1).
Poverty is generally defined as the condition or situation of an individual or a community who
does not posses resources or the means to secure a minimum standard requirements of life. The
United Nation, however defines poverty is a denial of choices and opportunities, a violation of

resources they need to make politics their main career, such as making their positions full time or

between full time, well paid, and large staffed, and part time, low pay, and small staffed. While
states like California, New York, and Pennsylvania are on the high end in terms of professionalism
