The MathsGenius Leadership Institute (MGI) is an African quantitative-based leadership school established to address the leadership crisis in Africa, which contributes to widespread poverty. MGI aims to train and support African youth between 16 and 30 years old in solving community problems through world-class quantitative leadership training and financial support for impactful projects. The curriculum covers various disciplines including problem-solving, critical thinking, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on nurturing homegrown solutions.

2. • MathsGenius Leadership Institute (MGLI) is an African quantitative-
based leadership school.
• There is a leadership crisis in Africa which is the primary cause of
perpetual poverty for the majority of Africans. Ranking high is the
acute shortage of African-based leadership schools that give
Africans an opportunity to come up with home grown solutions.
• MGLI was formed in 2013 to play a pivotal role in upgrading Africa’s
ability to analyse economic and social issues correctly by identifying,
nurturing, training and supporting talented and driven youth between
16 and 30 years who are keen on solving problems and becoming
leaders in their communities, country and beyond.
