STRENGTH
This is a new model of leadership for
young entrepreneurs. The knowledge
base proposed through an innovative
approach of mentoring and live
environment of businesses, is a real
value for future leaders.
WEAKNESSES
Most of young entrepreneurs are not
educated with this model, as they are
coming from traditional education
model on universities. Awareness for
such model and know-how about the
content of programs provided in this
academy, are the weakest points.
OPPORTUNITIES
Startup projects are always one of the
most popular events in the country and
the idea for startup its own business
remain very attractive among young
generations.
THREATS
If it is not driven appropriately and
addressed correctly in the market, may
end up as list of courses, for a few
number of people. Other initiatives are
still at the very beginning, but may
become risky if will try to jeopardize with
