Introducing Talent RISE
“At Talent we believe in mobilising the skills and
expertise of the global technology community for
the greater good. We have seen time and time
again that technology has the power to change
and transform lives. While technology is critical to
entrepreneurship, it also has a direct impact on
essential human services; which is where its real
power is unleashed.”

“The Oasis Pathways Program
and Talent RISE gave me
workplace and technology
training, career guidance,
corporate clothing and the
opportunity to gain work
experience in an industry I was
interested in.
I now work for an international
company who are really
supportive, even when I make
mistakes, and I have received
positive feedback. I have a
workplace buddy I can talk to
about things going on at work
and just generally catch up.
My life has gotten so much
better since I have started
working. My confidence levels
are up, I’m motivated to do
things I wouldn’t normally do,
and I enjoy going to work,
knowing people believe in
me.”

chance, they helped me
get the training necessary
for a job, and they placed
me in a workplace for five
days to give me some
experience and mentored
me through work and an
interview.
Now for the first time in
my life I have a full time
job. I have access to
support whenever I need
it and I have been given a
chance to show that my
willingness and eager
attitude to learning new
things outshines the
experience that I have.”

“I am extremely proud to be a part of Talent RISE; by supporting
and encouraging marginalised young people we can have a
significant impact on the world around us. From reduced
unemployment to enhanced industry expertise and increased
gross domestic product – the more we engage youth in the
workforce, the more successful our society will be.
Talent RISE will not only contribute financially to key youth
programs but will actively engage our internal teams, our
clients, our contractors and the wider community to RISE up
and help tackle youth unemployment.
I urge you to join us on this journey.”
