IN CASE OF ACCIDENT
Please report to Grid Solutions Indonesia Site Manager/EHS.
PT Grid Solutions Indonesia ( GE ) has a fully trained First Aid Responder, in case of any accident they
will take immediate charge of situation and ensure that Emergency service are contacted, PJB also have
Medical Team with Ambulance. We can coordinate for support on emergency situation
The nearest hospital is Pluit Hospital that take 13 Minutes to reach the hospital. In cace of serious injury
we can call PJB Medical team for arrange Ambulance
Automatic Exsternal Defibrillator (AED) and Fire extinguisher are available in GE office and site Storage if
required.

19. When to use Stop Work Authority
• Employee are not trained /not competent to perform the task
• Safety risk assessment and/or procedure is not available
• Equipment to complete the task is not available or is damaged
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is not used or is incorrect/ not appropriate
• There is a risk of environmental damage
• EHS standards or regulations will be breached
Stop Work Authority
A program to prevent an incident that as an employee, visitor or contractor you are authorized and
expected to stop any task or operation where you perceive that the risk to people, the environment or
assets is not being properly controlled. You can prevent a serious injury or even save a life!

tergantung atau melakukan pengangkatan tanpa rencana pengangkatan
yang layak.
Tidak melakukan perbaikan atau perawatan peralatan tanpa
menerapkan LOTO Personal atau Grup kunci dan tanda untuk
mengisolasi titik energi dan tidak mengikuti prosedur LOTO at all times.
Tidak memotong atau melepas pelindung, pengaman, pengunci atau
alat pengaman lainnya.
Tidak melakukan aktivitas perbaikan di mesin atau peralatan yang aktif
kecuali sudah ada prosedur pengendalian energi yang berbahaya yang
sudah disetujui.
Tidak menggunakan telepon selular atau peralatan lainnya yang dapat
mengganggu cara mengemudi yang aman.
Tidak bekerja di ketinggian tanpa alat perlindung jatuh yang sesuai.

25. Fall Protection
• Falls from height are preventable with the use of
Safe Work Practices and the correct equipment
• Always ensure that you have fall protection when
working at a height that could cause injury
• Fall Protection can be;
• Suitable railings or barriers
• Fall arrest equipment
• Fall restraint equipment
When using fall arrest equipment you should ensure
a Rescue Plan is in place to rescue anyone who
would fall.


