 Worked in Accurate Investigations. (A Business Partner of HDFC BANK.) as a Team Leader from Aug. 2012 to
May 2014. Responsible for Cards recovery process for Pan India , handling 12 to 15 agents, calling on more than 8
locations and more than 6000 accounts across India by dynamic forecasting of the recovery portfolio, segmentation
of recovery pool, settlement letters & other auxiliary reports, monitoring caller performance, calls quality,
maintaining payment files etc.

March 2011 to July 2012. Team handling for Delhi & NCR zone. Handling a team containing 5-7 callers, Skip tracer
and co-ordination among callers, Handling mails and correspondence, etc.

 Team Leader, Handling HDFC BANK CREDITCARD Recovery. [Aug 2014 – Present]
• Responsible for performing all targets of banking recovery team processes more than 15 locations across India
• Critical cases visit.
• To Manage Write off pool for designated area
• Achieve all targets defined by the management for the daily weekly & monthly basis.
• Reviewing daily Tele calling reports, field reports, daily visit reports, commitments, ptp stocks, and feedbacks
from team.
• Trace skip & NC customer through Google, BSNL, MTNL, JUSTDIAL and various job portals sites make,
contactable and discuss regarding due payment.
• Develop and refine a forecasting model to determine the performance of the portfolio and finding gaps in the
system.
• Redefined process in settlements, target-setting and payment reconciliation to accommodate the substantial
increase in collection & recoveries.
• Always try to Overachieved targets month on month..
• Ensure amounts collected from the customer are deposited in the branch within the specified timeline
• Preparing all MIS on weekly and monthly basis.
• Coordinating with other locations for collections and providing support in their work, if required.
