In February, Cleveland County Lifestyle publisher Jimmy Darden made a personal commitment to
getting physically fit. To begin his journey, Darden chose Orangetheory Fitness located in Moore.

the United States Constitution, state statutes, and case law. The Constitutional basis for personal
