This document outlines the Victory Management System for achieving organizational success. It consists of 10 key elements: visioning to establish a common focus, involving everyone to create a team-based organization, continuously improving to achieve excellence, training and educating to develop a learning culture, owning work processes to foster empowerment, recognizing and rewarding to build high performance, yearning for victory to ensure success, making customers the driver of victory, and having progressive leadership to guide victory. Each element is described in one to three sentences.
