signaling to others that we need their help.

Reorganizations
• Reorganization is an overhaul of a company's internal structure.
Companies go through reorganization for various reasons includes
improving efficiency, cutting costs, repositioning the business, and
dealing with corporate changes such as mergers and acquisitions. The
restructuring may involve changes to departments, business units and
employee roles.
• Microsoft has announced that it will acquire Nokia’s mobile
device business and licensing of patents for $7.2 billion in
September 2013.Nokia employees shifted to Microsoft.
Microsoft announced that it is cutting 7,800 jobs and taking a
loss of $7.6bn on its money-losing mobile phone business.

Companies go through reorganization for various reasons includes improving efficiency, cutting costs, repositioning the business, and dealing with corporate changes such as mergers and acquisitions. The restructuring may involve changes to departments, business units and employee roles.
