Managing classes
• To manage classrooms effectively, we have to
be able to handle a range of variables. These
include how the classroom space is
organized, whether the students are working
on their own or in groups and how we
organize classroom time.
• We also need to consider something aspects;
for example, how we use our voice, the way
we talk to students, what kinds of instructions
to give, and the order in which the activity
has to be done.
Matching tasks and groups
• Students will learn more successfully if they enjoy the
activities they are involved into the classroom. Although, in
many institutions, topics and activities are decreed to some
extent by the material in the course book that is being used,
is necessary to create activities to cover needs and interests
of the students in our classes.
• We must think very carefully about the activities that we are
going to give to the students because not all the activities
have the same success in each student
