1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Increased responsibility, pressure and job uncertainty have led to unprecedented levels of stress, anger and a severe
crises of time management in the workplace, affecting performance at work and health and happiness at home. This
frustration often stems from a feeling that we are not accomplishing what we want and that we have lost control.
This program will provide you / your staff with tools to achieve peak performance through self management, successful
breakdown and prioritization of tasks. They’ll learn how to plan each day, prioritize tasks, say “no” to nonessential tasks,
delegate, limit distractions and manage multiple priorities and tasks more efficiently.
