INTRODUCTION:
Dr. Vivek Bindra was born on April 5, 1978, in Delhi. He is very talented since childhood and
was also the top in the study. When he was only two and a half years old, his father died and
his mother got married again. Dr. Vivek Bindra did not get the love of both parents. His
childhood was spent with great difficulty. Early studies From St. Xavier College Delhi (1999-
2001) And completed MBA studies from Amity Business College Noida. At the time of MBA’s
studies, some of the teachers who were part of the guide, the spiritual Masters, gave him
the Shri Mad Bhagwat Geeta Impressed by Shri Mad Bhagwat Geeta, Dr. Vivek Bindra
became a good motivational speaker today. The name of Shri Mad Bhagwat Geeta comes
definitely in every video of his.
Dr. Vivek Bindra explains that he learned all theories from Bhagavad Gita. Dr. Bindra says
that when you have the basic good then you can succeed Bhagavadgita is not a book to learn
only but is a book to be brought down in life. He says that Bhagavadgita is not a religious book.
Arjuna asked in Bhagwadgita and Krishna replied. The Gita has answered all the questions of
life. It was not pronounced in any religion like Hindu, Muslim, Sikh, Christian And the
Pakistani also likes all his videos.Dr. Vivek Bindra says that skill was given to Arjuna by his
Guru Dronacharya in his childhood. Shri Krishna gave Arjuna the Will Power. Skill is inside
us but willpower comes from Bhagavad Gita.Dr. Bindra told in one of the videos that
Dronacharya taught Technique to the Pandavas. And Shrikrishna taught Arjuna to build
Attitude.
Vivek started his Youtube Channel on 6th December 2013 to share his knowledge and
experience to the people, where he used to share motivational videos in English. But this
channel did not work much. Then he thought of doing something new with his experience and
started making Case Study Videos on Popular Brands. He was now making Business And
Motivational Video in Hindi.
Dr. Vivek Bindra is not only a renowned motivational speaker and business coach, but he is
also the CEO of Bada Business. He is encouraging every scale of business. At present, he is
imparting training on how to scale up the business and bring the J curve in various departments
of business. He has launched “Everything About Entrepreneurship Program”, and ‘Independent
Business Consultant’ Program which is the most affordable and accessible program launched
in Hindi.
Leadership Lessons from Lord Ram and Krishna
Ram and Krishna are two great gods and the main protagonist of Hindu epics Ramayana and
Mahabharata. The central story of Mahabharata and Ramayana is around the victory of good
over evil. In the story of Ramayana Lord Ram leads an army to monkey’s to surmount Ravana,
while in the story of Mahabharata Lord Krishna guided Pandavas to defeat Kauravas in
Kurukshetra. Lord Ram and Krishna teach us following lessons of leadership through
Ramayana and Mahabharata.
Leadership Lessons from Lord Ram
Lord Ram was the true leader and front end fighter from his army. He was supreme in deciding
strategy during the fight of Ramayana. He directed his team for meeting objectives. His team
was happy to follow his orders.
Lord Ram’s leadership style was unique during the fight of Ramayana. He was leading an army
of Monkey’s who were unskilled fighters and always looking for directions. His army was
fighting for his cause. Lord Ram shows the way to his team and directed them what to do in
tough time.

o Skill Warrior
o Leading Team from front
o Gives specific roles and instructions – Tells
o Showing way in difficulties
o Motivating people to fight for his cause
Leadership Lessons from Lord Krishna
Lord Krishna was totally different from Ram. During Mahabharata Lord Krishna told Arjun
that, He won’t pick up any weapon and he will not fight any battle. He will be there as a
charioteer to Arjun. He does exactly same. He never fought the battle and never picked up any
weapon. He was just guide to Pandava’s.
Lord Krishna was aware that he had one of the best archers Arjun in his team. Krishna acted
as coach to Pandava’s. His main job was to remove cobwebs from Arjun’s mind. He was able
to show different perspective to Arjun by delivering Bhagavad Geeta during the battle of
Mahabharata.
Lord Krishna –
o Does not fight any battle
o Works with best professional
o Leading Team from Back
o Allow Team member to take lead
o Fight for the cause of team
o Clarifies doubts and guide team
After knowing about lord Krishna and lord Ram, it is time to assess yourself, look at yourself
and decide what type of leader you are.
o Are you front worrier and leader who lead’s team from the front or do you allow your team to
take the lead?
o Do you have unskilled professional in your team or you are working with best professionals?
o Do you show ways to your team directly or do you ask them relevant questions so that they can
find their own solution.
The Younger generation today wants leaders like Krishna. They don’t want anyone who tells
them, how things are getting done, but they want to know meaning of their job. Look at your
team members if they are like Arjun’s, who are skilled and then they want someone to clarify
their doubt and guide them.
If your team members are unskilled, then it is appropriate for you to apply leadership style of
Lord Ram.
