Rongdhonu’s Organizing as a process involves the followings-
a) After Placing an order Rongdhonu follow the following steps:
collect raw material for Panjabi, Payjama and koti from its suppliers
from Anjoli Fabrics, Kazi Colour Cloth Textiles and Surma textiles,
Islampur.
Then the raw materials sent to Gazipur for cutting.
After cutting the clothes necessary cloths are sent to the embroidery
factory for designing.
When the embroidery completed again it send to the factory of
Rongdhonu for swing and stitching.
After completed making Panjabies and Payjamas it can be washed if
necessary and ironed before packaging.
Then it send to the showroom and excess products kept in the
warehouse
