One of the most popular Internet services is electronic mail (e-mail).
At the beginning of the Internet era, the messages sent by electronic mail were short and consisted of text only.
Today, electronic mail is much more complex. It allows a message to include text, audio, and video.
It also allows one message to be sent to one or more recipients.
Online Quiz System (OQS), is a web–based multiple-choice-question system; a system that can be used by lecturers to evaluate students effectively, efficiently and perfectly.
We have designed this website with the purpose of allowing the students to give exams and view their results. This site is an attempt to remove the existing flaws in the manual system of conducting exams.
Students are provided the flexibility to choose among different types of aptitude and programming language tests.

Chatting or Teleconferencing is a process of using technology to bring human beings and their ideas together in spite of the geographical obstacles. A broadcast Chat server has two types of broadcasting and the first one is Public and for this case the message is broadcast to all connected users and the other one is Private and this means the broadcasting will be limited between two clients. Through the help of this chat server, the users can easily communicate and also
keep in touch
with each other. The
end user
s have the
capability
to share all kinds of information with other users also such as sending of various files, records and emails. The Broadcasting Chat Server Project that is required to run this project is JRE or the Java Run time Environment software and the users interact with the server through a Graphical User Interface.
Proposed System
The proposed system is a chat application that works in two forms and the first one is the List form. In this form, all the names of the systems connected to a network are
drafted
. These names can later be utilized for communication with the assistance of mouse event, or in simple language such as a click or a double click.
Secondly, there is the Chat form and it is called only when an element is selected from the List form. In this form, a connection is created between the host system and the selected system with the help of a socket. Additionally, all the end users will see other logged in user’s details very efficiently including their logged in time, time spent online and also their personal data like name and messages. The server will provide advanced security feature which will be maintaining the log in information of the users and the user’s list with details.
Broadcasting Chat Server Modules
Server Application:
The server application module handles the section of messages being sent and received by the broadcasting server. This module is associated with the SSL techniques and TCP/IP networking technologies. This module contains certain
intrinsic
logic’s which allow it to convey data about sent messages, appropriate routes of
dispatching
as well as receiving messages.
Client Application:
This module grants access to the user or the client to get logged in with
authentic
username and password. The client or the user of the system can go through the
definite
process of message sending in this category with other users of the system.

The Paper Entitle “Aisha Email System” deals with identifying the clients to send and receive mail
with the same login. This utility will allow multiple clients to login under the same login name and still have
personalized mail information, enabling them to send and receive mails. Each user willing to avail the services
offered by the mail server application should exist as a user before he can send or receive mails. This is made
possible by prompting each user to enter his user-id and password before he can send or view his mails. This
Paper has Inbox, compose and address list. E-mail is one of the most common and reliable methods of
communication for both personal and business purposes. It also plays an important role in each and every Web
site. This role will be in the type of automated e-mails from the server after posting information from a form.
The Paper has been planned to be having the view of distributed architecture, with centralized storage
of the database. The application for the storage of the data has been planned. Using the constructs of MS-SQL
Server and all the user interfaces have been designed using the ASP.Net technologies. The database connectivity
is planned using the “SQL Connection” methodology. The standards of security and data protective mechanism
have been given a big choice for proper usage. The application takes care of different modules and their
associated reports, which are produced as per the applicable strategies and standards that are put forwarded
by the administrative staff.
The entire Paper has been developed keeping in view of the distributed client server computing
technology, in mind. The specification has been normalized up to 3NF to eliminate all the anomalies that may
arise due to the database transaction that are executed by the general users and the organizational
administration. The user interfaces are browser specific to give distributed accessibility for the overall system.
The internal database has been selected as MS-SQL server 200.The basic constructs of table spaces, clusters
and indexes have been exploited to provide higher consistency and reliability for the data storage.
The MS-SQL server 200 was a choice as it provides the constructs of high-level reliability and
security. The total front end was dominated using the ASP.Net technologies. At all proper levels high care was
taken to check that the system manages the data consistency with proper business rules or validations. The
database connectivity was planned using the latest “SQL Connection” technology provided by Microsoft
Corporation. The authentication and authorization was crosschecked at all the relevant stages. The user level
accessibility has been restricted into two zones namely.
Chat application through client server management system project.pdfKamal Acharya
This project focused on creating a chatting application with communication environment. The objective of our project is to build a chatting system to facilitate the communication between two or more clients to obtain an effective channel among the clients themselves. For the application itself, this system can serve as a link to reach out for all clients. The design of the system depends on socket concept where is a software endpoint that establishes bidirectional communication between a server program and one or more client programs. Languages that will be used for the development of this system: Java Development Kit (JDK): is a development environment for building applications and components using the Java programming language.

4. Introduction to project:
The Objective of this system is to illustrate the use of Tracking. Email
Tracker is an application, which is used to trace the mails send by the users.
There may be many employees in any organization it is very difficult to
maintain them to restrict in not using the mail servers, so this proposed
tracker is going to keep track of all the transactions of any user.
If anyone sends an email or message itself, they include the recipient's
email address.
5. Mail server system provides:
An email address so that your incoming messages stores at the right
place
A private mail storage area that will hold incoming messages until
they get read
Secure access to that area with username and password
It also provides an area for you to store messages once they are read.
6. Existing System:
There are many mail servers can send, receive or do all the mailing
services. But the problem with that we can’t view the information of the user’s
transactions because it is very much important for an organizations like Call
Centres to hide the transactions. Unfortunately no mail server is providing
such an option to view the transactions .
7. Proposed System:
As the TRACKER project is developed using JAVA Html, Servlets and
JSP it provides a user friendly graphical user interface
which navigates user through out the program by providing various
task related to internet mail messaging facilities when connected to a mail
server.
It provides the user to perform various email messaging operation like
checking, composing, deleting and forward email. It provides all the
facilities, which are provided to the user by Outlook to access his account.
8. KEY GOALS OF THIS PROJECT:
Fully compatible with Internet messaging standards.
Allow message access and management from more than one computer.
Client needs no knowledge about the server's file store format.
The protocol checking for new messages, permanently removing messages,
setting and clearing flags, selective fetching of message attributes, texts, and
portions there of for efficiency.
13. ADMIN:
Admin is the one who is going to monitor all the users and grant or deny
permissions to any user.
Admin can have the information related to the user like what the entire
transactions user is doing. User may do many transactions like sending and
receiving mails as the information accessed is related to the company.
This application provides such option to the admin to keep track of entire
user transactions like to whom the user is sending the mails and what is the
content and from whom he is receiving the mails and what the content in that.
14. USER
Inbox:
User can have all the received mails stored in this module. It gives the
complete information of all the mails received.
Out Box:
User can store the information related to all the mails sent by him will be stored
in the outbox
Checking Mails:
User can access all the mails received by him will be stored in the inbox and
user can check those mails whenever user feels it is required.
15. Composing:
User can sent mails. User can utilize the option called composing to
send the mails. To send the mails the mail has to be composed.
Deleting The Unnecessary Mails:
User receives much number of mails. User requires few mails to be
stored and rest to be deleted. This module provides the option for user to
delete unnecessary mails.

23. Conclusion:
Unique Features of the Project:
The System automatically tracks all the user transactions
It gives the complete online mailing standards to the user and
organization
The system includes various modules, which will help us to
maintain the information about the clients transaction. Hence, the Client
need not maintain any other system for maintaining their records.
24. Scope for Expansion
We can also implement the Messaging services with use of
Mobile Technology & Web Technology in this application.
Tracker can maintain all the transactions of the user so we can
also take the complete transactions done by the user from log in to
log out.
It can be a globalized application.
The project Tracker can be expanded to full pledged Mail Server
which can be implemented at any organization or on any server.
