This document describes an email system that allows administrators to securely transmit email files and policies from a central server to client computers over a network. The system includes a server that establishes connections between clients to allow them to send, receive, and read messages. Tracking information like the sender, receiver, and IP addresses are included with messages. The proposed system was developed using Java and Swing components on Windows machines to simulate the email sending and receiving process between two users connected through a server.

Client Server) serves as a server computer for
transmitting email files to a computer network for
access by remote computers having email client
computer software for displaying the email files.
 This is a secure method and system for
administering to software on a plurality of client

3.  One or more pre-set policies for one or more
client computers may be stored on and
transmitted in a secure manner from a central
server that is under the control of a system
administrator to the client computers over a
public network or e-mail systems.
 The client server includes a script program as a
portion of a secondary e-mail message that also
includes tracking information.
 The tracking information includes the receiver’s
address and system’s ip, sender’s information.

4. Existing System:
In the present fast growing world, new email
domains are being developed and hosted on the web.
To simulate the process of email sending and
receiving, the present system has been developed.
The existing system was developed using the
latest web technologies, but the present system has
been developed using the Swings, the light weight
components.

5. Proposed System:
The proposed system was developed using the
light weight components, Swings.
This application helps us in sending mails to the users,
reading the mails, deleting the mails.
All these actions are dependent on the Email Server. The
user creates a username if it does not exist.
