ABSTRACT
• Our project deals with the planning, analysis and design of Marriage hall
• A Marriage hall an essential construction in every town or village.
• We took these as our project so as to enhance our theoretical knowledge in areas
of planning ,designing ,estimation
• The total building area will beat = 6600 Sq.ft
• The total cost of the building = 1 core 20 lakhs only
• Our project comprises marriage hall, kitchen, Bride & Grooms room‘s, toilets,
dining hall and management room.
• We have proposed to execute our project at pollachi to avoid this risk of the
greater distance.
INTRODUCTION
• A building should be planned to make it comfortable, economical and to
meet all the requirements of the dwellers.
• The effort of the planner should be obtain maximum comfort with limited
available resources.
• Functionality, utility, cost, habits, taste, requirements etc.,,,Should also be
considered in planning a building.
• The planning of this commercial building is so planned to meet out all the
above factors.

REINFORCEMENT DETAILS
• The Single storied R.C.C framed structure is designed as
a Marriage mahal. The rooms and other amenities are
provided on the basis of National Building Code 2005.
• Analysis of the frame is carried out by STADD PRO
software. M2O grade of concrete and Fe415 grade of steel
are used. All structural elements are designed as Under
Reinforced Section.
• The design of Slabs, Beams, Column and Footing were
done. The Beams have been designed by taking Maximum
Bending Moment and from the analysis results.

ABSTRACT • Our project deals with the planning, analysis and design of Marriage hall • A Marriage hall an essential construction in every town or village. • We took these as our project so as to enhance our theoretical knowledge in areas of planning ,designing ,estimation • The total building area will beat = 6600 Sq.ft • The total cost of the building = 1 core 20 lakhs only • Our project comprises marriage hall, kitchen, Bride & Grooms room‘s, toilets, dining hall and management room. • We have proposed to execute our project at pollachi to avoid this risk of the greater distance.

INTRODUCTION • A building should be planned to make it comfortable, economical and to meet all the requirements of the dwellers. • The effort of the planner should be obtain maximum comfort with limited available resources. • Functionality, utility, cost, habits, taste, requirements etc.,,,Should also be considered in planning a building. • The planning of this commercial building is so planned to meet out all the above factors.

  • 26. • The Single storied R.C.C framed structure is designed as a Marriage mahal. The rooms and other amenities are provided on the basis of National Building Code 2005. • Analysis of the frame is carried out by STADD PRO software. M2O grade of concrete and Fe415 grade of steel are used. All structural elements are designed as Under Reinforced Section. • The design of Slabs, Beams, Column and Footing were done. The Beams have been designed by taking Maximum Bending Moment and from the analysis results. CONCLUSION
