- The building was designed to NBC and IS standards and utilizes RCC framing with M25 grade concrete and Fe415 steel reinforcement.
- Plans were drawn in AutoCAD and structural analysis was performed using STAAD Pro software.
- The building contains 4 apartments per floor with specifications for rooms, lifts, staircases, and additional facilities like CCTV and fire safety.
- Structural elements like slabs, beams, columns, and footings were designed as under-reinforced sections using the limit state method.
- Materials used include cement, sand
The development of apartment in coimbatore city, we planned and designed the construction of the apartment building with approved standards to fulfil the needs of the current situation.
In our project, we have aimed to satisfy the basic requirement of multi facility residential building. Allocating the available space for different functions the entire structure was developed.

The paper deals with how an engineering challenge confronted in a busy yard due to presence of a distressed bridge(ROB) was replaced by a Cable Stayed Bridge by adopting safe practices with proper quality and within the time frame. The paper was presented today ie 18.08.17 in a lecture organised by IIBE at Institution of Engineers, Mumbai
Growing of Precast construction system has given emphasis on improving work zone safety, reducing construction time and environmental impact, while maintaining the quality. The connections are the most important part of precast construction systems, being the general behavior of the precast structures related to their design, construction and performance. In this civil engineering project a trial to compare the strength of three types of portal frames viz. Monolithic Portal Frame, Portal Frame with corbel and Portal Frame without corbel and their deflections at various loads were observed and derived conclusion which one is efficient among all frames designed and cast.

Water scarcity is the lack of fresh water resources to meet the standard water demand. There are two type of water scarcity. One is physical. The other is economic water scarcity.

Sachpazis:Terzaghi Bearing Capacity Estimation in simple terms with Calculati...Dr.Costas Sachpazis
Terzaghi's soil bearing capacity theory, developed by Karl Terzaghi, is a fundamental principle in geotechnical engineering used to determine the bearing capacity of shallow foundations. This theory provides a method to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of soil, which is the maximum load per unit area that the soil can support without undergoing shear failure. The Calculation HTML Code included.
CFD Simulation of By-pass Flow in a HRSG module by R&R Consult.pptxR&R Consult
CFD analysis is incredibly effective at solving mysteries and improving the performance of complex systems!
Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.
It is always satisfying when we can help solve complex challenges like this. Do your systems also need a check-up or optimization? Give us a call!

approved standards to fulfil the needs of the current situation.
• In our project, we have aimed to satisfy the basic requirement
of multi facility residential building. Allocating the available
space for different functions the entire structure was
developed.

spacious rooms and best suited for studies.
2. OBJECTIVES
• A Building should be planned to make it comfortable,
Economical and meet all the requirements of the dwellers.
• The efforts of the planner should be obtain maximum comfort
with limited available resources.
• Functional utility, cost and comfort should also be considered
in planning a building.
3. INTRODUCTION
• The location have a good soil with sufficient SBC value .
• The site located on green environment.
• The site was fully secured and easy to all facilities like
hospital schools and colleges
• Power backups like generators are provided and solar energy
was used as partial electric uses like lights in balcony, stairs
and both rooms.
4. PLANNING
• Total building area of 7,744sq.feet. of 10,000 and the
remaining area of 2,256sq.feet. . are considered as parking and
playing area completes in the picture.
• Each floor consist of four houses (2BHK).
• All the rooms are well furnished .
5. PLAN AND DESIGN
• An apartment was analyzed and designed as per NBC, IS
codes
• Plan are drawn by using AutoCAD, to create precise drawings
of plan.

It is a Closed circuit television is a TV system in which are
not publicly distributed but are monitored.
• SMOKE DETECTOR
An Ionization smoke detector used Radio is so tope.
Typically americium-241, to ionization chamber. One open to
the air, and a reference chamber which does not allow the
entry of particles.

Fire safety is the set of practice intended to reduce the
destruction caused by fire safety measures include those that
are prevent from an uncontrolled fired, and those that are used
to limit the development and effects of a fire after it starts.
