This document outlines a design project for a G+2 hotel building. It includes planning of the project with site selection and building requirements. Structural analysis and design was done using STAAD Pro software. Key elements designed include beams, columns, slabs, footings and stairs. Estimation of cost was also provided, with a total project cost of Rs. 4,81,94,840. The project offered an opportunity to learn planning, analysis, design and estimation of a building structure.

1) Planning of (G+2) hotel.
2) Analysis of the building by (STAAD PRO)
3) Detailed design by limit state method
4) Preparation of abstract estimation of the building

 Total area of site is 20000 sq.ft
 Total building area is 12500 sq.ft
 Plinth area is 10500 sq.ft
 Parking and Gardening area 7500 sq.ft

6. DRAFTING
 The plan is draft using auto cad 2010
 NBC-2005,IS 456,SP-16 are used in drafting and
designing
 Dining Hall ,Conference Hall and Kitchen Provided
separately on Ground Floor
