6. How did I create the magazine advert?
• To create and design the magazine advert, I used the software Adobe CC InDesign
to positioned the text, photo and illustration into their correct position to make the
advert look eye-catching.
• The illustration (band logo) was created in Adobe CC Illustrator just as the same for
my album, that I used for both of them.
• The photo is one of my own, which I took the photograph at Ashover Rock on a
fair summer’s day walk. The photograph is the same one I used for one of my
covers for the album, as the point of this is to gain a strong link between the album
and advert, that the reader will remember this image when they see in shops.
