INTRODUCTION
According to Professor Marcel R. Escoffier, an Associate Professor in the School of
Hospitality and Tourism Management at Florida International University, Hospitality
Management is the largest business activity in the world. There are nearly 1 million
food service operations in the United States, and nearly three hundred thousand hotels.
It is estimated that there are over 1 million hotels and more than 7 million food
service businesses. How this business operates, and its impact on the local economy
varies from country to country, but its importance is undeniable (Escoffier).

Many colleges that offer Hospitality Management may also include the option to
enroll within a specific concentration, so that you may gain a specialty . Therefore
it s important to have a sense of what area of hospitality you are interested in, so
that you enroll yourself into an appropriate program, including programs where
graduates have been able to secure employment in your interested field and location.
For example, if you have the desire to work as a ski lodge manager, you may want to
make sure you enroll into a school that provides the focus of the hotel industry and
potential internship opportunities within ski country vs. the beaches in Florida.
In effort to continue a higher learning education within the field of Hospitality,
which may increase my career options as I enter the workforce, I have reviewed
three colleges within the New York State area that provides a Bachelor s degree
within Hospitality Management. The purpose of this evaluation and comparison is to
provide the most feasible and economic option available for me to pursue a Bachelor
Degree within Hospitality in a timely fashion and at minimal cost. Therefore my
criteria for this comparison includes the following:

The American Dream In Finding Forrester
Dreams are what drive people to better themselves and force them to move past
difficulties in pursuit. For many of the characters in Finding Forrester, dreams are
a pillar, just as they are for Jamal, a young man at risk of becoming another statistic
in his neighborhood despite hidden writing potential. His polar opposite, William
Forrester, realizes this when a break in turns into a writing lesson. Forrester is the

Many people feel as though they need caffeine because they are caught in a cycle
where their sleep patterns have been disrupted by caffeine so they feel more tired
during the day and drink more caffeine to stay awake (Mayo Foundation).
However, in order for something to be classified as addictive, it must cause an
individual to seek out the substance despite the threat it poses to social, physical,
and economic well being, criteria for which caffeine does not satisfy (IFICF 8).
Heavy caffeine users can experience mild withdrawal symptoms like headaches,
low energy, irritability, and nervousness. These symptoms are very short term and
can be easily avoided by a gradual decrease in caffeine consumption (Mayo
Foundation). Research has also indicated that people build up a tolerance to caffeine
in as little as one to four days due to the brain producing more adenosine receptors

STRENGTHS:
The cheerios brand from the organization Nestle has been around for years and is a
well known cereal / brand still with a significant share in the breakfast cereal market
of 3%.
COMMENTARY:
The brand cheerios has been around since 1945 and comes from the strong brand
Nestle which is a Swiss multinational nutritional company formed in 1905. A Mintel
report by Clifford (2012) clearly shows that cheerios has a 3% market share of
breakfast cereals. Whilst this does not seem particularly high, the branded cereal

A future marketing plan should focus on the product being sold as a family cereal
in the morning as there is a growing segment that would relate to this. A report
conducted by Ihekweazu (2011) looks into the eating habits of people within the
UK. Stating that the sales of breakfast cereals has therefore been mainly driven by
consumers demand for a cost effective and convenient breakfast options driven by

employment has increased and is set to increase by 1.5% within the next five years,
this is quite an important social change within the external environment. This is due
to the fact that women are more inclined to east breakfast at home, this therefore has
a huge impact on the children within the family as it means theoretically it will be
easier for parents to ensure their child is having breakfast. It also means that they

The Importance Of Hate Speech On The Internet
I will examine the difficulties of regulating hate speech on the internet through legal
and technological frameworks for Japan and the United States. The Universal
Declaration of Human Rights recognizes the freedom of expression as a human right.
But the freedom of expression on the internet is subject to certain limitations. The
Internet is not devoid of different forms of deviant behavior (such as hate speech),
which incite discrimination, hatred or violence against groups or individuals on the
basis of their personal attributes. The anonymity and mobility provided by the
Internet has made harassment and expressions of hate effortless and undetectable.
Hate speech on the Internet is a growing problem for the United States and Japan
because it is targeting individuals on the basis of personal characteristics. Brown
(2017) argues that cyberhate has three different qualities: anonymity in the sense that
individuals are not compelled to reveal aspects of their offline identity unless they
wish to do so; invisibility there is a physical distance between speaker and audience;
instantaneousness provides people with almost instantaneous publishing. The
justification for promoting speech is founded on a concern for the facilitation of
discourse democracy, while the rationale for preventing harm is based on a concern
for human dignity.

The feeling was so strange, marveling at the tone and storytelling of The Old Mill. I
have never felt more driven than I had in animation. I wanted the Old Mill to stand
tall when the storm stood still. The feeling was magical.

really enlighten the possibilities on how animation can be portrayed. Sure, Disney has
held an artistic standard of realism in his cartoons, but never on imitating nature and

Home Mothers And Working Mothers
Participants:
The participants included two working mothers and two stay at home mothers within
the ages of 20 35. All the participants I found were close friends or acquaintances but
the hardest part was to find stay at home mothers. The method used for my research
was interview questions. I asked five questions for each mother, two separate sets of
questions for stay at home mothers and working mothers. The first participant was a
thirty two year old, full time working mother who is also currently enrolled at
Sacramento State has three children. The second participant was a twenty two year
old, who is a full time mother working at a dental office in Stockton, CA. She is a
long time friend who has a three year old boy. The third participant a twenty six
year old, is a stay at home mother with two boys, ages three and four. My last
participant was my sister s best friend, a stay at home mother, but also a part time
student with two boys, a ten year old and a five year old. Three of the mothers that I
interviewed were single with only one that has a husband.
Findings:
Some of the major findings about stay at home mothers were that there weren t very
many to interview. The majority of the people that I socialize with are either part time
mothers or full time working mothers. For my research I decided to choose two stay

In order to decrease the number of cycles of infiltration and maintain a comparable
cathode performance, the viability of using a conductive LSF YSZ composite
scaffold with one infiltration cycle of LSCF was investigated. XRD patterns of
LSF YSZ powder presented that at 1400oC and 1300oC calcination, an obvious
shift in LSF peak occurred, indicating Zr doping into LSF and forming a less
conductive phase. Different ratios of LSF YSZ scaffolds were tested by
impedance spectroscopy with the results showing that the ohmic resistance
decreases as the amount of LSF increases, and 1350oC scaffold has a much lower
ohmic resistance than the 1400oC one. A pure YSZ cell infiltrated with 35 wt%
LSCF was used as reference and by comparing it with a cell composed of 70:30 LSF
YSZ scaffold calcined at 1350oC with one cycle of LSCF infiltration, a comparable
cell performance both in ohmic and non ohmic parts was achieved.
