A Study on Occupational Mobility of Farmers of Ariylaur District of Tamil Nad...inventionjournals
The occupation can be divided into three types viz., Primary, Secondary and Tertiary occupation. As India is concern agriculture is being considered as primary occupation, industries as secondary and service sectors as tertiary occupation. Over 200 million Indian farmers and farm workers have been the backbone of India’s Agriculture World Development Indicators, 2011 revealed that highest per capita income is inversely correlated with the active population engaged in agriculture. Reports of National Sample Survey Organization reveals that there was a sizable reduction in workforce engaged in the year 1972-763(74%) to 2009-10 (53%) in agricultural sector in India. It implies that occupational shift is taking place from agricultural to non-agricultural sector. A study conducted to analyse the factors responsible for occupational shift from agriculture to non-agriculture sector involving 180 respondents from all the six blocks of Ariyalur district of Tamil Nadu reveals that eleven factors acted as the driving force to drive away the farmers to other occupation. The factors viz., low income from agriculture, struggles in marketing of agricultural commodities. Lack of water resources and farmers’ willing to get higher social status occupied the first, second, third and fourth rank with the mean score of 1.00, 0.75, 0.73 and 0.64 and are responsible for occupational shift from agriculture to nonagricultural activities. The simple correlation studies also implies the poor soil fertility (0.702), vagaries of monsoon (0.716), non-availability of inputs in time (0.677) and small land holding (0.819) are positively correlated with low and unstable income from agriculture that causes lack of interest among the farmers and looking for some other employment rather agriculture. Appropriate measures like backstopping of technologies in the field of soil and water resource management, Integrated farming system approach, reclamation of problem soils, GIS based soil mapping, invigorating extension system with ICT tools are also suggested to mitigate this issue and flourish Indian agriculture.

Lambada- Telugu Contact: Factors Affecting Language Choice in Bilingualsinventionjournals
Language contact between Lambadi and Telugu in Telangana region has been in effect since before independence. Generations of contact has resulted in bilingualism of various degrees among them. This bilingualism has produced variation in the use of Lambadi language with respect to psychological, social and cultural factors further under the influence of urbanization and globalization. Part of a series of research, addressed to analyze the synchronic effects seen as a consequence of the contact of lambada with a dominant language (culturally and in numbers), this paper aims to state and consolidate all factors influencing the language maintenance and shift among Lambada speakers. Under such circumstances, an analysis of language choice under the influence of factors ranging from situation, topic, domain, role, media as theorized by Fishman(1965) are applicable with furthermore additions resulting from Lambadi being an oral language. Language contact and choice, of two languages with scripts has to be viewed in a different perspective than the contact between an orally passed down language and a language with script. Media variance tips the needle towards the scripted language for all governmental and technical purposes and thus eliminates the resistance to shift from mother tongue which is otherwise universally seen. Similar differences have been studied and an effort to give a construct more suitable to the multilingual contact study of the case under study has been done in this paper.

The existence of health centres in the rural part of Côte d’Ivoire has not totally changed people's behaviour with regard to their frequenting. As a matter of fact, traditional medicine, which is the oldest one stands as the one that is really suitable for the health problems people encounter, specifically those of Ouaraniéné in the Poro region for the treatment of certain chronic diseases. Despite the risks incurred by these populations as for their choice of health attitudes and especially sometimes the impacts of the products offered by traditional medicine on their health, these populations Ouaraniéné continue to be treated by the latter. This study aims to analyze the social logics which govern the populations from this locality’s choice in their quest for care. Among other logics are the preservation of the fodonon culture, the conflicting perceptions between the stakeholders of both medicine as well as the perception of the etiology of chronic diseases sometimes attributed to evil spirits

Note on Sidharth's Unification of Electromagnetism and Gravitationinventionjournals
In this note, it is shown that the Sidharth's Unification of Electromagnetism and Gravitation is close to the Einstein Tetrad Field and far of Einstein–Cartan–Evans theory. Mathematically in the sector Gravitation-Electromagnetism, Sidharth approach through non commutativity, where there is a minimum space time length, allows to link the vector magnetic potential with quantum mechanics and unify electromagnetism and gravitation under self dual configuration of electromagnetic fields.
Investigation of Coach Organizational Commitment Levelsinventionjournals
Aim: This study has been done with the aim of determining coaches organızatıonal commıtment levelsand attended by n=60 coaches who work in the city of Corum Provincial Directorate of Youth Service and Sports. Material and Method: In this study, Organizational Commitment Scale with three dimensions (Affective Commitment, Continuity Commitment and Normative Commitment) developed by Allen Meyer (1990) has been performed. Kruskal Vallisand Mann-Whitney U Test have been used in the statistical analysis of the data. Findings: In the study findings, it is clear that the levels of organizational commitment levels don’t become different in any sub-dimensions according to gender, ages and education conditions differs(p>0.05). When the perceptions connected with the organizational commitment levels are compared according to the marital status, it is discovered that affective commitment sub-scale in married persons is higher (p<0.01).>0.05). It is detected thatthe rate of continuity commitment of people who gave positive answer to the question of “Are there any persons who are interested in sports in your family?” Is higher statistically than those who gave negative answer to that question (p<0.01). Result: It is found that married coaches’affective commitment levels are higher than single ones. This condition shows that the sense of responsibility for married coaches increases their affective commitments to their organizations. Additionally, continuity commitment of the coaches in whose family there are persons interested in sports is higher. It might be evaluated that the continuity commitment of the coaches in whose family there are persons interested in sportsis higher because of their sportive culture they took from their family members.

Born in Caracas Venezuela, grew up surrounded by a colorful and tropical atmosphere, which inspired her from a young age, to the pursuit of color and an avid curiosity for form and aesthetics, making evident her inclination for the arts.
Abstract art is a form of visual art that does not attempt to represent or depict external reality, but instead uses colors, shapes, and textures to create a visual language of its own. The emphasis in abstract art is on the formal elements of art, such as line, color, and composition, rather than on representation of the world around us.
Abstract art emerged in the early 20th century as artists sought to move away from traditional forms of representation and create something new and original. It has since become a major movement in the art world, with many different styles and approaches to abstract art.
Some notable artists associated with abstract art include Wassily Kandinsky, Kazimir Malevich, Piet Mondrian, and Jackson Pollock. The movement has also influenced other forms of art, such as music, literature, and architecture.
Today, abstract art continues to evolve and push the boundaries of what we consider art to be. It remains a vibrant and exciting field for artists and art enthusiasts alike.

Peru
The work of Hernán Sosa is the result of an
authentic passion for painting. In an extremely
synthesized method, Sosa mixes the discipline
of an old master with the uninhibited sensibility
of a modernist; layering oil and acrylic painting,
scratching through surfaces to create not
only a visual symphony but a compelling
contemporary narrative. His latest series of
paintings of archetypal swimmers are the
consummate embodiment of both talent and
vision. It is no wonder these works are highly
sought after by collectors world wide.

“My paintings are fueled by the expression
of things that come to me through life’s
unseen experiences. Every placement of
color, or covering of another color, affects
and shapes the painting. I love the process of
squeezing paint from the tubes, mixing them
together and watching the colors evolve and
complement each other. The mixing of color
while the oil is still wet on the canvas, the
unfolding of the imagery, represents a singular
journey for me. What is in the process, what
has gone into the mixing, is the very essence of
how life and choices create the person.”

Argentina
In the tradition of the greatest artistic minds
of this century, Maxim has set out to discover
his own world. His paintings are expressions
of what he finds along that exploration. Maxim
believes that the meaning of an artwork speaks
to the artist first then conveys itself to the
viewer. However, his concern is not in telling
a story as he insists that the feelings and
emotion that exist behind and motivate his
work have more significance for him than the
subject of each painting.

The Landscape isn’t dead. The unspoken assumption of the
contemporary art world is that landscape is old-fashioned, a
dusty souvenir of the 19th century artists. Today we see an
abstract shift in classic landscape to what art academics refer to
as “landscape referential” artwork. In these works, artists either
modernize the imagery or totally abandon it using only the
natural concepts, forms or colors as a sort of jumping off point
through which they can create wholly non-objective works.

MIKI GUTIERREZ
Mexico
The work of Mexican artist, Miki Gutiérrez,
comes from free creation. He is constantly
experimenting with materials, testing their
ideas and concepts of form. Early on Miki was
influenced by such great sculptors as Henry
Moore, Eduardo Chillida and some elements
of Pedro Coronel, but gradually found his own
voice. Working with clay to produce models
before casting them in bronze, Gutiérrez'
sculptures play with the boundaries of space,
volume and movement in reference to the life’s
universal cyclicality. In polished, smooth lines
and basic circular shapes, his sculpture speaks
to the point of harmony and expresses a visible
sense of rhythm and unity of composition.
Its form is reminiscent of the complementary
interconnectedness of the yin-yang, forming a
dynamic system of duality and interaction.

VERON ENNIS
United States
Veron Ennis is a Florida-based modern abstract painter and sculptor, born just outside of
Washington D.C. Her work addresses control in a chaotic world. Creating a balanced composition
full of unique, energized tension, each painting is arresting and engaging. Her technique marries
precision painting and drawing with improvised and spontaneous applications of paint. She employs
sophisticated use of dramatic color and geometry in her compositions and takes it to the next
level with her three-dimensional cube sculptures. Part of Ennis’ technique depends on the chance
application of her medium. “Falling in and out of control of the work energizes the composition and
pushes compositional boundaries,” says Ennis.

BRENDA HEIM United States
Brenda Heim’s paintings and sculptures follow
a long line of freethinking artists that include
the New York School Action Painters and the
Color Field Painters of the 1950s. By borrowing
the Action Painters affinity for spontaneous and
unorthodox paint application, with the Color
Field Painter’s emphasis on one’s emotional
state of mind as expressed through color, Heim
has amassed her very own body of work that
is flavored with an enchanting absence of the

ELENA BOND
Russia
A few decades ago, a gifted young artist, a shy
girl who would grow up to become Elena Bond,
was ushered into the famed “Monet Room”
in the Hermitage Museum. This Impressionist
space on the second floor of the former
palace, once a gathering place for Russian
courtiers, was now a gallery for art. The walls
were adorned with a suite of eight paintings
by Claude Monet. The aspiring young Russian
artist stood before these brilliantly colored
canvases, so full of light and joy and unabashed
beauty, and she was transformed and inspired
by the free and fleeting brushwork of Monet. In
these eight paintings were all the ingredients
for her future work. To this day she remembers
vividly the sense of ownership, connection, and
chemistry she felt towards Impressionism.

talent. When he was 12, the gift from an aunt
of two books on Michelangelo and Cézanne
stimulated him to try and copy the illustrations.
Instead of buying the things that attracted

little money, Pier headed for the general store
in nearby Cividale to stock up on painting
requisites. Even today, Pier can smell the spices
and oils every time he remembers the shop.

JASON MYERS
United States
The work of Jason Myers is a contained
emergence of a figure trapped between a
psychological and physical environment.
Myers’ content both questions and comments
on society and the information to which we
are exposed. The artworks are portraits of
random intense emotional moments drawn
directly from life, combined with the impending
political and societal influence from our culture.
