This review paper discusses closed loop control techniques for improving the performance of PWM inverters under varying loads, emphasizing the importance of sinusoidal output to meet power quality standards. Various control strategies, including H∞ repetitive and dual closed-loop feedback control, are explored for enabling efficient integration of renewable energy sources, particularly solar energy, into the grid. The proposed hybrid closed loop control method aims to optimize inverter operation for both linear and nonlinear systems, with results to be analyzed through MATLAB simulations.
