This document contains two charts about food waste in China. The first chart shows that the majority of food waste, over 120 million tonnes, occurs during the consumption phase of the food supply chain. The second chart indicates that over 160 million tonnes of cereal crops are wasted in China each year, comprising the largest portion of wasted commodities.
