A10 Networks has launched a new partnership with American Express Global Business Travel to simplify business travel booking. This allows employees to book travel through the online booking tool Concur Travel. The benefits include airfare being charged directly to A10 and not the employee's personal credit card. Employees can still expense hotels and car rentals to their personal cards. The system provides easy online booking 24/7 with assistance available. It also offers travel preferences, notifications, and centralization of travel plans.

Concur: Your Online Travel Tool
 As part of A10’s initiatives to optimize our travel program and reduce travel
costs, we have launched a new partnership with American Express Global
Business Travel (AMEX-GBT). This partnership will allow us to book travel on
American Express’s online booking tool powered by Concur Travel
(Amex/Concur).
 We originally launched this program back in April 2015, with about 20 US Sales -
beta users and in October 2015, opened this program up to all US non-sales
employees.

 Improve your cash flow- Airfare charges will never hit your personal credit card.
 You will use your personal credit card for all Hotel reservations, and Car rentals.
 Oracle iExpense now includes a pop up box- if you book airfare using
Amex/Concur, you mark it as such in your iExpense report, and the A10 paid
airfare is not reimbursed to you.
 Expense your Hotel and Car reservations through Oracle iExpense like you
normally do.

Concur Profile
 Concur profile becomes active once you:
 Step 1.) Request Change password, and create your own password.
 Step 2.) Fill out any Required field that is empty such as Gender, Date of Birth,
Middle Name if applicable, and personal credit card information.
 Please note: your state issued ID must match the name and information you
provide under your Profile.
 A Work phone and Home phone is required, it might be helpful to add your cell
phone number as well.
 TSA Secure Flight is available for enablement with you Known Traveler Number.

Travel Approval Process- Pretrip Auditor
 Our travel program also incorporates a pre-approval process called PreTrip
Auditor. Currently there are only a few rules that trigger an email request for a
manager approval:
 1) Hotels rates greater than $250 per night;
 2) Flights that cost more than $200 over the lowest logical rate;
 3) Car rental size greater than Company policy of Intermediate size.
 Manager approval is required for travel exceptions from the above before the
booking can be completed.

 Your support of our travel program with American Express Global Travel is
critical to A10’s continuing success in managing travel costs and providing
optimal service.
 You may, at times, find a better airfare on Expedia or other online tool. American
Express will not match sites like Expedia or Priceline, but it will match other
Airlines with the lower fare only for the exact flight and time.
 Also keep in mind that the full A10 / American Express program will generate
savings for A10 on the back end that you will not see ( rebates, free tickets,
volume discount potential, management of canceled tickets, assistance in
emergencies etc).
