Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.

A. Content Standard The learner demonstrates understanding of: Philippine

leaders. Leaders will come in front to pick or
choose one envelope . Inside of the envelope it
contains words that need to arrange to come up
a sentence. Then post your answers in the
board.

Declarative Sentences
Declarative Sentence is one that gives an idea
and it states a fact. It also ends with a period.
For example:
The cat is sleeping on the couch.
China is the fastest growing
economy.
She went to the park yesterday.
Interrogative Sentences
An interrogative sentence is one that asks a
question. Interrogative sentences are
punctuated with question marks.
For example:
What are you wearing?
Where are my keys?
Would you like some tea?
Imperative Sentences
Imperative sentence is a sentence
that expresses a direct command,
request, invitations, warning or
instruction.
For example:

∙ Exclamatory Sentences
An Exclamatory Sentence expresses
a strong feeling, emotion, surprise,
excitement, or a random thought in a
sentence. These Sentences end with
an exclamation sign (!) It is also
called an Exclamatory Sentence.
For example:
You broke the lamp!
How did you break your leg?!
Thank God! You save my life.
