The Rebecca Riots occurred in Wales between 1839 and 1842 as Welsh farmers protested high toll fees charged on turnpike roads. The riots began on June 6, 1839 when a group of Welsh farmers, led by a man disguised as a woman named Rebecca, attacked and burned down a toll house. Two of the riot leaders were later caught and sent to Australia as punishment.

The bombing of the Wall Street occurred on 16th of September, 1920, around 12:00 pm when a horse- drawn wagon containing 100 pounds of dynamite was exploded by a timer-set detonation and shook the financial sector of the New York. This bombing caused the death of 38 people and 143 people seriously got injured. The culprits behind this act were not exactly traced but it was suspected that the Galleanists were the master minds behind this brutal attack, although not announced officially. This bombing caused a property damage of more than $2 million and demolished most of the interior spaces of the Morgan building.

On this sad day there were 10 attacks on the several places in Mumbai but the main focus was the hotel. This attack took away the lives of approximately 166 people including 10 attackers and injured more than 600 people.

London 7 July Bombing
- 1. LONDON BOMBING 7/7 2005 A BRIEF INTRODUCTION
- 2. What happened? On the 7th of July 2005, 4 bombs - 3 in underground trains and 1 in a bus - exploded in London public transportation system, caused deaths of 52 including the bombers and injured more than 770 others. The bombers were Mohammad Sidique Khan, Shehzad Tanweer, Hassib Mir Hussain and Germaine Lindsay. Khan,Tanweer and Hussain shared the same origin of Pakistani and were born and raised in Britain, while Germaine was born in Jamaica. The London 7/7 bombing was the biggest event of 2005 that shocked the world and still remained questions to be investigating.
- 3. Khan - 30 - Edgware Road - 6 deaths Khan detonated his bomb in train near Edgware road. Born in the UK, Khan grew up and was educated entirely based on British system. Before the bombing, he was a teaching mentor in local school and had a daughter. Emergency worker helped a survivor getting out of the area - photo from The Daily Mail
- 4. Tanweer - 22 - Aldgate - 13 deaths Tanweer was born in the UK, also to parents of Pakistani origin. Went to school in Beeston, Tanweer was known to people of Leeds as a good all-rounder and “could get along with anyone”.
- 5. Germaine - 19 - Russel Square - 26 deaths Germaine - thought to be outsider of the group - was born in Jamaica before followed his mother to Britain a year after. He was a converted Islam, married to an also Islamic- converted white British. He was known as a bright, artistic person. It is believed that he was influenced largely by extremist preacher Abdallah al Faisal.
- 6. Hassib - 18 - Tavistock Square bus - 13 deaths Hassib - appeared to be the dumbest of all 4 bombers - was the youngest one. Born, raised and went to school in Leeds, Hassib is remembered as a quite child, hung out with himself most of the time and a had taken serious about his religion from an early age. Hassib did bad in school.
- 8. The case Most terrorism acts are of terrorists from other countries. One of the reasons why the London bombing was so shocking to all is that these bombers are British; they were born or brought up inside their country. That what terrifies people. Because we now have one more of the forces that can carry out terrorist attacks: our own people.
