These are locations for my trailer

1. Locations for my
trailer.
THESE ARE THE TRAILERS THAT I WANT TO USE IN MY TRAILER. I WANT TO
VARY THE LOCATIONS SO IT LOOKS MORE AUTHENTIC.

2.  My first location is a teenage girls
bedroom, this is because the film is
about teenage girls and so I want a
room that the target audience can
relate to.
 This will be easy to organise as I can
use my room or one of my friends
rooms. I won’t need to worry about
making sure it is perfect because I am
trying to convey a realistic and
authentic film.
 Some things I would like in the room
is:
 A bed with pink bed covers.
 A computer.
 Teddies on the bed (maybe for when
they are little girls)
 A window in the room.

3.  Another location that I’d like to have is a
school. I want to show the girls in
everyday life in high school. Maybe to
show the normal before Casey finds out
she has cancer which is taken away from
her.
 I want to show a busy school with lockers
so I will try and take some shots in school
however I may have to ask peoples
permission to be the film, which I will
consider nearer the time of filming.
 I really want to have the school corridor in
the shots aswell as maybe a classroom,
therefore I could ask to film during a
lesson or ask the teacher to pretend to
teach a lesson.

4.  When Ellie goes to America, I would like to use some
locations there. I want to include Disneyland as this
could be on their list when they are younger.
 I am going to America in December so I will be able
to film some shots there at Disneyland and also just
around LA (beaches, shops, hotels, etc.)
 I want to make it special so Ellie can be filming herself
infront of the Disneyland castle or maybe when she is
on a rollercoaster which would then be in her film at
the end.

5.  Another location that I could maybe use is Paris, for
example in front of the Eiffel tower or any French
landmark, to show Ellie’s adventures around the world
maybe to contrast with Casey who is sitting at home.
 I am going to Paris in February, however this is not
definite. I might be able to film stuff here but if I did it
would just be scenes of Ellie in Paris, with a couple of
location shots of scenery and sights.
 I think this would be good as it varies locations as well
as shows more of the adventures that Casey and Ellie
had planned together.
 As this is not definite I will update on locations at a later
date but this is a possibility.

6.  As I will be travelling I will have the
opportunity to film in airports and train
stations. This will show the journeys that Ellie
goes on to complete the list and will also
add to the locations list.
 I could get some wide shots of the airport
and maybe a few shots of planes flying off
if I am able to.

7.  I might use a hospital for one of my locations because
the film is surrounding an illness so Casey will probably
be spending a lot of time in hospital.
 My mum works in a cancer hospital and so I would
consider asking if I could do filming there. However, I
wouldn’t want to invade an privacy and I understand
that it is a sensitive environment. Therefore I might not be
able to film here but it is a possibility that I would like to
consider.
 If I am not allowed to film inside the hospital I could film
outside or I could stage a hospital setting at home or
school.
