2. ABANDONED HOUSE
• I will be using an abandoned house for most of my scenes in my
opening film sequence as its quite a creepy location which will fit
in with my genre of Thriller. It also represents the darker
character’s personality and characteristics, as he was abandoned
as a child this is where he grew up . This is the location where I
will film the main characters (kidnapper and the girl).

3. A HOUSE
• I will be using my friends house for the scenes
where the brothers of the girl who was
kidnapped are trying to find her and work out
what happened to her.
• I asked my friends beforehand for permission to
film at his house.

4. INNOCENT/
VULNERABLE GIRL• This character is someone who gets kidnapped and she is a
vulnerable and innocent looking girl. She is a petite girl with a
small frame, and this will show how weak she looks when she is
put next to the darker character that is more dangerous and
powerful than her. She will wear some feminine clothes to show
that she is the good character, to contrast with the dark character.
This character will have been abused and beaten so she will have
blood and bruises on her body to show this. I will use makeup to
show how she has been crying out of fear.

5. KIDNAPPER
• This character is a tall strong dark character and their clothing
represents this person. They will wear black clothes such as, a
hoodie and a balaclava or hat as they are very intimidating items
of clothing. This character will have weapons with them to show
how dangerous they are and can be to the other characters in my
opening film, they will be using weapons such as a knife, gun,
hammer and/or baseball bat against the weaker character. Since
this character is violent they will talk and move aggressively and
shout frequently.

6. THE BROTHERS
• The main character’s brothers will be wearing
casual clothing. They will be using mobile
phones and computers a lot to help find their
sister who was taken. These will be very worried
and anxious characters since their own sister is
missing.
