This slideshare shows the start of my planning for my film opening. I have showed what locations I will be using and why, as well as showing profiles of the characters in my film.

Bathroom –

Outside a house –
I am showing thislocation viaan establishing shot. I would normally
need permission to do thisasit isprivateproperty however I am
using my own house. I will only need theoutsideof thislocation for
oneshot that will last approximately threeseconds. For my next shot,
I will film amatch on action on thedoor of thishouse.

A bedroom –
I am doing along shot of
thisroom to show the
girl in alargespace,
feeling trapped. Again, I
wont need permission as
I am using my own
bedroom. Then thenext
shot will beacloseup of
thecharacter.

5. Living room–
Thislocation isbeing used
to show theaudiencethat
thecharactersareat home.
Dialoguewill betaking
placeand I will beusing
theshot-reverse-shot
thereforethislocation will
beused for awhile.

A hallway –
A dark hallway helps
createtension and
suspicion in athriller
film. I am focusing
closely on footstepsand
light coming through a
door.

7. Location 6
The bedroom –
Thisshot isusing the
sameroom that I have
used previously. In this
location, thereisclose
upson alight bulb,
match on actionsand
dialogue.
