Recognized expert as a Trusted Information Assurance Manager to executive leadership regarding information
technology/cybersecurity solutions having expertly managed overall performance of multiple IT Departments
spanning six separate units and four outside agencies and organizations. Successfully managed several information
system upgrades with stellar attention to detail resulting in overcoming unique obstacles during the US Gov’t
‘sequestration’ period. Overall project management included problem solving designs of NIPR and SIPR
infrastructure and baseline seat expansion for an offsite detachment in Sasebo, Japan, video teleconference systems,
implementation of SIPR PKI requirements across two sites and coordination of further expansion projects to include
budgeting, site surveying, and successful liaisons between SPAWAR, ONE-Net, BCO, and COMNAVSURFPAC.
Additionally as Information Assurance Manager, ensured 100% asset inventory accountability across all six sites,
maintained and renewed Restricted Area Access Accreditation, and maintained DoD compliance with Protected
Distribution Systems with zero discrepancies.
As an Afloat Trainer and Information Assurance Compliance Inspector spent over 1,000 hours throughout every
class of 7th Fleet ship assessing network compliance, presenting both orally and digitally executive report analysis
and conducted 30 events onboard afloat ships as both the technical and executive command representative in charge.
As Team Leader during these events utilized problem solving solutions to technical, sensitive, and sometimes
controversial issues along with team management and organizational negotiation skills were required to create ways
forward in effort to maintain standards along with ensuring overall mission success.
Led Human Resources providing Executive Level solutions to a myriad of Human Resource issues for over 329

Salvaged critical SIPR email and network data after a catastrophic loss of an MS Exchange Server stemming from an
