She has over 20 years of experience in education, including roles as a principal, assistant principal, and speech pathologist. She holds a BS in English Education, an MS in Speech Pathology, an MS in Educational Administration, an EdS, and an EdD in Educational Leadership. Under her leadership as principal, schools showed significant growth in academic proficiency and climate survey results.
