Indresh Saluja, a Management Graduate of 2001, has work experience of over fourteen years spanning various operational and strategic responsibilities at Bharti Airtel Limited and
Etisalat DB Telecom Ltd. He is a Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Champion and Scrum Master.
At Bharti Airtel Limited, he has worked closely with over 10 CEOs and 4 Executive Directors handling cross-functional teams at Corporate and Regional level. In his stints across
various functions, he was committed to supporting individuals and teams to devise strategies to operationalize business goals and to channelize them to adopt a systemic
perspective for heightened business results.
He has mentored over 15 Six Sigma Black Belt and over 400 Six Sigma Green Belt Projects across functions at Bharti Airtel Limited. As Head of Business Excellence –East, West
and Sri Lanka, Indresh conceptualized a unique measurement system to monitor the rural and urban distribution effectiveness using GIS and Network Data. Today, this metric is the
backbone of distribution effectiveness and enhancement at Bharti Airtel.
In his current role as Business Coach and Mentor at Life Skills Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Indresh is involved in Business Transformation consulting and deployment interventions with
aspiring Small and Medium Enterprises having successfully transformed 6 Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the last four years. The transformation has enabled these SMEs
to differentiate themselves in competitive markets, significantly improve their profitability, enhance their market share, become efficient in their processes and become self sustaining
scalable entities.
