The document discusses the technologies used to create an action zombie horror film opening. It describes using a digital camera and tripod for filming, and researching the genre online to understand conventions. iMovie was used to edit clips, add transitions, adjust sound and color, and create titles. Skills like organizing footage and explaining directorial visions to actors were developed. The summarizer learned to use iMovie more effectively for editing, applying more technical changes between the preliminary and final projects.

Slides of the graduation colloquium of Bart Lenderink.
The topic was the development of a measurement instrument for innovation facilitating procurement (IFP), called "innovatiegericht inkopen" in Dutch. This instrument was developed for Rijkswaterstaat which is the executive organisation of the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and the Envirionment.
The main question was: How can the percentage of the total procurement budget of Rijkswaterstaat spend on Innovation Facilitating Procurement be measured? For this a key performance indicator (KPI) was developed and validated. In addition a scheme of important measurement factors was developed as well.

The Challenges of Good Governance and Project Implementation in Nigeria: A Re...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT : This study reveals that systemic corruption and other factors including poor leadership,
leadership recruitment processes, ethnic and regional politics, tribalism and mediocrity, poor planning, and
variation of project design have been the causative factors that undermine projects implementation in postindependence African states, particularly in Nigeria. The study, thus, argued that successive governments of
African states, using Nigeria as a case study, have been deeply engrossed in this obnoxious practice that has
undermined infrastructure sector development as well as enthroned impoverishment and mass poverty in these
African countries. This study, therefore, is posed to examine the similarities in causative factors, effects and
consequences of corruption and how it affects governance, projects implementation and national growth. To
achieve this, the study adopted historical research design which is qualitative and explorative in nature. The
study among others suggests that the governments of developing countries should shun corruption and other
forms of obnoxious practices in order to operate effective and efficient systems that promote good governance
and ensure there is adequate projects implementation which are the attributes of a responsible government and
good leadership. Policy makers should also prioritize policy objectives and competence to ensure that policies
are fully implemented within stipulated time frame.

ABSTRACT: Although a significant amount of literature exists on Morocco's migration policies and their
successes and failures since their implementation in 2014, there is limited research on the integration of subSaharan African children into schools. This paperis part of a Ph.D. research project that aims to fill this gap. It
reports the main findings of a study conducted with migrant children enrolled in two public schools in Rabat,
Morocco, exploring how integration is defined by the children themselves and identifying the obstacles that they
have encountered thus far. The following paper uses an inductive approach and primarily focuses on the
relationships of children with their teachers and peers as a key aspect of integration for students with a migration
background. The study has led to several crucial findings. It emphasizes the significance of speaking Colloquial
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and being part of a community for effective integration. Moreover, it reveals that the
use of Modern Standard Arabic as the language of instruction in schools is a source of frustration for students,
indicating the need for language policy reform. The study underlines the importanceof considering the
children‟s agency when being integrated into mainstream public schools.

Non-Financial Information and Firm Risk Non-Financial Information and Firm RiskAJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: This research aims to examine how ESG disclosure and risk disclosure affect the total risk of
companies. Using cross section data from 355 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, data regarding
ESG disclosure and risk was collected. In this research, ESG and risk disclosures are measured based on content
analysis using GRI 4 guidelines for ESG disclosures and COSO ERM for risk disclosures. Using multiple
regression, it is concluded that only risk disclosure can reduce the company's total risk, while ESG disclosure
cannot affect the company's total risk. This shows that only risk disclosure is relevant in determining a
company's total risk.

Exploring Factors Affecting the Success of TVET-Industry Partnership: A Case ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to explore factors affecting the success of TVET-industry
partnerships. A case study design of the qualitative research method was used to achieve this objective. For the
study, one polytechnic college of Oromia regional state, and two industries were purposively selected. From the
sample polytechnic college and industries, a total of 17 sample respondents were selected. Out of 17
respondents, 10 respondents were selected using the snowball sampling method, and the rest 7 respondents were
selected using the purposive sampling technique. The qualitative data were collected through an in-depth
interview and document analysis. The data were analyzed using thematic approaches. The findings revealed that
TVET-industry partnerships were found weak. Lack of key stakeholder‟s awareness shortage of improved
training equipment and machines in polytechnic colleges, absence of trainee health insurance policy, lack of
incentive mechanisms for private industries, lack of employer industries involvement in designing and
developing occupational standards, and preparation of curriculum were some of the impediments of TVETindustry partnership. Based on the findings it was recommended that the Oromia TVET bureau in collaboration
with other relevant concerned regional authorities and TVET colleges, set new strategies for creating strong
awareness for industries, companies, and other relevant stakeholders on the purpose and advantages of
implementing successful TVET-industry partnership. Finally, the Oromia regional government in collaboration
with the TVET bureau needs to create policy-supported incentive strategies such as giving occasional privileges
of duty-free import, tax reduction, and regional government recognition awards based on the level of partnership
contribution to TVET institutions in promoting TVET-industry partnership.

Libby evaluation question 6 and 7
1. What have you learnt about technologies from the process of
constructing this product?
Here is a screenshot of the section of my opening which I
stabilised.
2. Here is where I used technology to have an overlapping
transition to show the audience that this scene is related to
the previous.
Here is an example of where I had to adjust the sound because
you could hear someone talking in the background. This allowed
me to crop out any irrelevant sound.
This screenshot show where I have cropped the video as when I
was filming it the camera shot wasn’t close enough as it needed
to be a high angle medium shot. So I cropped out other
irrelevant features in the frame.
When filming my Action Zombie Horror opening I used a digital
camera and tri pod in order to get good quality video clips to
put together as my opening. The tripod was very important as it
allowed me to have my camera steady and I was able to adjust
the size of it depending on what camera shots or movement if
needed to use. Throughout my research I used the internet to
find out about Action Zombie Horror genres to get a good idea
of what key aspects I would need to be including in my planning
and opening.
I used websites such as slide share and imbd and YouTube to
watch openings of specific Action Zombie Horror genre films,
some of these included Zombieland and Dawn of the Dead. These
helped me a lot as I was able to get a real grasp of what
similar footage I should be aiming to film.
3. I used imovie to create a movie to get all of my ideas and
examples of film openings together and compare them against
each other to enable me to get an even broader idea of the
genre and all the iconography and aspects that come along with
it. The technology I used allowed me to explore the genre in
great depth which was extremely useful as I now have a greater
use of knowledge surround these genre films.
I have developed many skills, my main achievement was using
imovie because I found it ever so difficult to use at the
beginning when creating my documentary. I now know how to use
imovie to better my work and this will be very useful for me in
future projects. Imovie was the best software for me to use to
edit my movie as it allowed me to;
-split clips and add in transitions, crop the clip
-Edit sound- volume of tracks, ducking, music
-Stabilize clip motion
-Change the colour, brightness, opacity, contrast etc
-create titles using a font that I simply downloaded
I improved on my organisation as there was a lot involved in
the planning of my film. I felt most organised when I had
completed all of my filming which was as a planned and nothing
majorly was changed from my planning to filming which is good.
I found it challenging at times when having to sort out a
location to film my opening and the actors and actresses I had
to get and explain in depth what I wanted them to do for me,
But thankfully in the end it all worked out as I completed an
opening which I am pretty proud of.
Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have
learnt in the progression from it to the full product?
My skills have developed from the preliminary task through imovie as
I didn’t apply much technical change to it whereas in my final
product I did apply change to some of it to make it more effective
and to look better. In my final product I used various different
camera movement and shots such as close ups, tracking and panning
whereas in the preliminary task I used a 360 degree rule, medium
shots and a close up. I also added in music which I didn’t do in my
preliminary task as it wasn’t needed.
