I am delighted to write this letter in support for Ms Mimoza Nogu in
the candidacy for “Teacher of the year’ award. I have the pleasure
to be in her English class for three years during high school. Over
the years, I have come to know her quite well, both as a teacher and
an individual. She is a very intelligent,kind-hearted young woman
with strong convictions and a genuine love of teaching.
Ms Mimoza Nogu have a positive , successful experience in my
classroom. She
performed all of his teaching duties in a responsible and dependable
manner. Ms Mimoza have a warm personality and rapport with her
students are excellent. She puts her all into each of her students and
always strives to make her teaching better with each of her
classes. Throughout her years of teaching, she has touched the
students and making them all feel welcome in her class. I have
never heard her complain about not having resources to teach with,
but instead she uses her creativity and resourcefulness to form a
class which almost every one of the students says is their favorite
class. She stays upbeat and positive while encouraging her students
to participate and better themselves. I have also seen her use
student’s mistakes as teachable moments and this creates an
inviting, respectful and supportive learning atmosphere.

2. Ms Mimoza Nogu never pre-judges her students, and she
encourages family involvement in a child's educational plan. If
something isn't working she doesn't give up. She is determined that
the student can reach his/her greatest potential, and keeps her high
expectations through even the most difficult times. So I think Ms
Mimoza deserve to win this award, I will appreciate if you consider
my opinion.
