Feedback during planning helped them understand what their target audience of female teenagers wanted to see in acoustic pop music videos. This influenced them to focus on realistic narratives and personal stories. Formative feedback improved their video idea, introduction, ending, and editing. Later feedback validated that they effectively conveyed the song's themes and emotions. Overall, feedback at all stages helped them continuously improve and create products that appealed to professional and target audiences.
